“I was very happy to see these videos. I don’t like there is no sound. And when I play them in the camcorder here they have sound. I did want to get more tapes done. But no sure because of that issue”
“I was nervous about sending the film away but Everpresent did make sure to describe to me exactly what would happen. When my film arrived at Everpresent I got a call and was given the details of what it would take to digitize my film. I understood there was damage to my film from mold or mildew that needed to be addressed and that it would take 8 to 10 weeks to complete the project. I was glad I decided to use Everpresent because It would have been difficult to convert on my own, which was something I was considering. When I finally received the digitized films I was very happy with the outcome and am glad I chose to do it. Despite the film degradation, I thought the digitization worked very well. Every thing went exactly as planned from Start to Finish and I have told friends and family about my experience.”
“Hi, we were kept up to date and picked up our CDs at the Shrewsbury, MA location. None of the 10 would play on our Bose CD player at home but did play on our car player. We called and the person we spoke with apologized and told us they would produce another set at no charge. We picked that set up and had the same issue. All of the CDs play on our car player so we can’t figure it out. We have had CDs made from cassettes by EverPresent a few years ago and they still play just fine on our Bose player. So at this point we’re not sure if the folks we are planning to give a copy to will have a problem playing them or not. I guess we’ll have to wait to find out. Everyone we dealt with at EverPresent was very nice!”

“HUGE THANK YOU to the team at EVERPRESENT!!! I knew my 30 to 32-year-old VHS tapes were not in the best condition; how could they be after that amount of time? The VHS tapes were camera originals of my old metal band from the early 1990s. Seems that recently this music is making a comeback. Thankfully I did not wait any longer to get these old tapes digitized by EVERPRESENT! I was able to drop off (and pick up) my old tapes at a very convenient location. It took a few weeks to get my dozen VHS tapes digitized and was well worth it! The EVERPRESENT team did a GREAT job with what they had to work with! Also, the price I paid was very worth it and was more affordable than I thought it would be. My old bandmates could go to the website created for my project when I received my original tapes back and watch our old performances right on their computers! We are all extremely happy with the work done by EVERPRESENT!
