“Since the beginning of the pandemic, I've entrusted EVERPRESENT with batch after batch of videos and audios, most with unknown content and plenty of mold. I think they did a great job of trying to save those memories dating back to the 60's. It certainly was very emotional to hear the voices and music in my past. This was accomplished when many people were not working because of our situation. I am very grateful.”

“The video I received was a GREAT success. 😁 My Mom was more then excited to watch it. She couldn't believe that she was watching video of herself from over 60 years ago. Loved that the film I sent came back better then I had sent them. The only complaint I have is that, I wish that the cover of the disk was personalized, and that the disk case was more durable. “I was pleased with the outcome of our old films being digitized, but you need to work on response time returning calls and emails. Sometimes it would take up to a week to hear from anyone. Other than that we were very pleased.”

“This is a professional company.. They took two vinal records that were aged and recorded and cleaned them up and copied to disk for me. They were pretty quick and had very good communication skills. They take the time to let you know about the process and fill you in on the ongoing effort. Great company and i highly recommend.”

“There's nothing scarier than taking your most treasured memories in a box and handing them over to a stranger. But after contacting Everpresent, I was comfortable doing just that. From then on they were in constant contact - slides received, slides being reviewed, questions for me... until at last they were all scanned and headed back to the drop-off point. It was easy and efficient. Now we have decades of treasured photographs on a jump drive.”

“Horrible experiences. The order of the slides was terribly mixed up even though slides were numbered. Digital files in stick were unreadable. Will never go there again.”

“I found an old camcorder cassette from 1997 - no idea what was on it. Figured it was worth the investment to see, since I have no video memories of my kids, now 28, 27, & 25. The results were so sweet, I almost can’t believe it. Everpresent kept me apprised every step of the way, and now I have this treasure that had been lost to me. So grateful!”

“Everpresent does an amazing job working with you to preserve and/or present your precious family photos. Several years ago I worked with Kate D and her team on digitizing over 2000 slides and was very happy with the process from start to finish. Over the last two years, I worked with Susan W to assist my father put his memoir into print and include some of our digitized photos. Susan was truly professional, respectful and responsive to our wishes. The final result is a beautiful hardcover book that my father is incredibly proud of and something our family will cherish for generations. Everpresent is a pleasure to work with and a company you can trust with your family projects!”

“This was my second transfer of old video tapes with Everpresent. Everyone should not wait and send their history to be saved for the future. My Mom recently passed away and it was wonderful to see her with her baby grandchildren who are now in their 30's. These people are great!! Jim”

“The Folks at Everpresent have done a wonderful job converting our most memorable VHS tapes to digital formats. This allowed us to share past events with friends and family. We had multiple tapes converted and each one transfered well and brought back many memories. I highly recomnd Everpresent to convert your treasured moments.”

“Second time I have used Everpresent to transfer my old VHS and 8 mm tapes. I like the fact that I get messages from them as my project goes from one station to the next. I have been getting both flash (thumb) drives and online but I find I really only need the flash drives. I download the files directly to my mac and off I go to iMovie, organizing and editing. The quality is decent since many of these tapes are over 35 years old. I have created many short (6 min) videos to post on my secure "family" "What's App" and have been able to share them with my adult children who can now enjoy and share them with their children. Love to look at our family's "history" in videos. I have completed about 14 of these so far and I am about half way done. I will be dropping off my next batch later this month. Only thing they could improve is to have someone always answering the phone. I hate to just leave a message and wait for them to return my call.- which they do, but sometimes it does take a few hours.”
