“They were very professional & kept me updated on every step of the process. I haven't heard my Grandfather's voice in almost 40 yrs so it was awesome to hear his voice again!!! I give them the highest praises for giving me back a piece of my childhood. 10 stars”
“I've used your service twice and am preparing to use it a third time. Where have you been all my life? This is a wonderful service at a reasonable price.”
“I have had both movies and VCR tapes put on DVDs and have been very pleased with Everpresent's work. Some of the movies were 60 years old. I had DVD copies made for my extended family. They were all thrilled to have them as a keepsake. The one comment that my cousin's son sticks in my mind, His comment was "I remember seeing the movies years ago, but to have a DVD capturing those great family get-togethers is priceless"”
“The work done was of good quality. My main issue is the time it took to complete, and the style of communication used to inform me of progress. Overall it took twice as long as was stated at the start. At one point they said it would be delayed, but not by how much. All along I received emails about their process, such as now it was in the copying phase, then in the QA phase, and so forth, but none of these stated any kind of actual time estimates or time goals. I very much dislike this style of trying to bring the customer into the process; it's just a sales/marketing tactic that deflects from what the customer really wants to know. Everpresent is trying to avoid discussions of time, and in the end this is not a good strategy.”
“Great company to work with, streamlined process, fantastic quality - anxiety free! Nice personal follow up at project completion. Can’t wait to move on to my next batch of home video conversion with Everpresent!”
“We were pleased that EverPresent kept us updated on the progress of our project. We were very pleased with the results especially since some of the 16mm movie film was 80 years old.”
“Absolutely terrible. I'm still waiting for resolution. Judging from what Connor has said, they digitized the wrong tape (an "unlabelled tape" is Connor's reference, whereas my tape clearly is labelled in Spanish), and I'm waiting to see whether they also digitized my tape and can send me the file, or whether mine simply got forgotten. Also, I've asked for my email thread to be sent to the Niloffs, and asked Connor to confirm that he's done that, but I haven't heard back from him on that.
I got a nice standard thank you email from the Niloffs for my "family" having entrusted you all with my material. However, the tape I sent is not a family home video. It's a professional tape from my initial work in Chile (which, by the way, later led to the Emmy nomination for my TV series there).
It'd be great at his point to get a serious professional response from someone.”

“The staff were in touch at every stage of the process, from shipping to processing to delivery. They salvaged at least some content from reels that were more than fifty years old and that had been stored in a damp basement. It wasn't as much material as I had hoped, but I'm convinced they did what could be done.”
