“I have had both movies and VCR tapes put on DVDs and have been very pleased with Everpresent's work. Some of the movies were 60 years old. I had DVD copies made for my extended family. They were all thrilled to have them as a keepsake. The one comment that my cousin's son sticks in my mind, His comment was "I remember seeing the movies years ago, but to have a DVD capturing those great family get-togethers is priceless"”

“The work done was of good quality. My main issue is the time it took to complete, and the style of communication used to inform me of progress. Overall it took twice as long as was stated at the start. At one point they said it would be delayed, but not by how much. All along I received emails about their process, such as now it was in the copying phase, then in the QA phase, and so forth, but none of these stated any kind of actual time estimates or time goals. I very much dislike this style of trying to bring the customer into the process; it's just a sales/marketing tactic that deflects from what the customer really wants to know. Everpresent is trying to avoid discussions of time, and in the end this is not a good strategy.”
