“HUGE THANK YOU to the team at EVERPRESENT!!! I knew my 30 to 32-year-old VHS tapes were not in the best condition; how could they be after that amount of time? The VHS tapes were camera originals of my old metal band from the early 1990s. Seems that recently this music is making a comeback. Thankfully I did not wait any longer to get these old tapes digitized by EVERPRESENT! I was able to drop off (and pick up) my old tapes at a very convenient location. It took a few weeks to get my dozen VHS tapes digitized and was well worth it! The EVERPRESENT team did a GREAT job with what they had to work with! Also, the price I paid was very worth it and was more affordable than I thought it would be. My old bandmates could go to the website created for my project when I received my original tapes back and watch our old performances right on their computers! We are all extremely happy with the work done by EVERPRESENT! Watch out for the band BLACKENED SKY on social media and websites with downloadable videos soon as we edit these live performances and re-release our album from years ago! CHEERS to everyone at EVERPRESENT!!”
“After losing my husband to Covid in 2021, I wanted to digitize and preserve 2 cassette tapes he had recorded. For obvious reasons, this was a very important project to me. I did a lot of research and could have gone a cheaper route, but I am happy with my choice. I never had to wonder what was going on with my project. I was kept informed all along the way. There were no hidden costs. Everything was exactly as it was promised. Thank you for an excellent job. I am very happy with the result!”
“This company is incredible. I sent my video tape to just about everyone to get my memories transfered to digital. And no organization had the ability to transfer this 40 year old tape. Ever-present is my savior! They stayed in touch from beginning to finish. I now have my 40 year old tape in digital.
Very professional organization and good experience.”
“The whole process from start to finish was stellar. The communication to me on the status of my project throughout the different stages was excellent. The quality of the finished product exceeded my expectations.”
“In all of my contacts with the EVERPRESENT team, they have been knowledgeable, professional and helpful. My project was successfully completed in the timeframe that they promised. I highly recommend them.”
“I highly recommend Everpresent to anyone trying to restore family memories. My slides from the 50’s were digitized perfectly.
Staff is awesome professional and helpful🥰”
“They were very professional & kept me updated on every step of the process. I haven't heard my Grandfather's voice in almost 40 yrs so it was awesome to hear his voice again!!! I give them the highest praises for giving me back a piece of my childhood. 10 stars”
“I've used your service twice and am preparing to use it a third time. Where have you been all my life? This is a wonderful service at a reasonable price.”
“I have had both movies and VCR tapes put on DVDs and have been very pleased with Everpresent's work. Some of the movies were 60 years old. I had DVD copies made for my extended family. They were all thrilled to have them as a keepsake. The one comment that my cousin's son sticks in my mind, His comment was "I remember seeing the movies years ago, but to have a DVD capturing those great family get-togethers is priceless"”
“The work done was of good quality. My main issue is the time it took to complete, and the style of communication used to inform me of progress. Overall it took twice as long as was stated at the start. At one point they said it would be delayed, but not by how much. All along I received emails about their process, such as now it was in the copying phase, then in the QA phase, and so forth, but none of these stated any kind of actual time estimates or time goals. I very much dislike this style of trying to bring the customer into the process; it's just a sales/marketing tactic that deflects from what the customer really wants to know. Everpresent is trying to avoid discussions of time, and in the end this is not a good strategy.”
