“I appreciated the ease of submitting my material. I did not appreciate the lack of communication during the processing. Much was simple boiler plate communications that went into my Junk folder. When I looked at the materials produced I am disturbed that some of the materials are near impossible to understand what is in it, and yet they passed QA and subsequently cost me money. I am happy for the results that I can see the images.”

“I gave the newly digitized reel-to-reel music to my daughter for her birthday in August. Much of the content of the reels was originally composed music recorded by my deceased husband (my daughter's father) in the 1970's. Honestly, I was not very optimistic that Everpresent could salvage the music with a quality that I dared to hope could be provided. These tapes were dusty and exposed to heat and dampness over the years. When I received the final digitized music, I was elated, relieved, somewhat shocked, and so grateful. So much better than I expected! My daughter cried when I gave her the digitized version of her dad's music. She even posted a copy of her computer screen, showing all the music tracks, on her Instagram, excited that she can also play her dad's music in her new car! Everpresent re-created extremely precious memories for us both. It was worth every penny. Thank you so very much.”

“Everpresent was great to work with. Our library had over 200 audio cassettes that we wanted converted to digital MP3 files. They were able to accomplish it in a short amount of time (approximately 1 month) and were priced very reasonably compared to other companies we checked with. The quality of the finished project was much better than the original sounded when played. Highly recommend.”

“I had eight or nine hours worth of video on mini DVs that were slowly deteriorating over the years. EverPresent converted these videos into separate files which I now have stored online. The bonus is that it is very easy to share these videos with relatives now. The process was explained clearly and was very thorough. Also, I really appreciated the updates on the progress of my order. Thank you again!”

“The slides were scanned very good. they showed up in order - as presented in my carousels. However, when I moved them from my Photos (Mac) to an album, they were not in order. After exchanges of emails, I learned that in albums one needs to save them to Sort by Title in order to put them back in correct order. Customers should be told this up front. Slides were put back in carousels in correct order, but not upside down consistently. Not that I ever want to use the carousels unless desperate, but wanted to compare slides to scans on side by side screens. Color corrections. Mostly I didn't need to have this done, because I can do this in Photos on my Mac.”

“It was important to me to preserve a video and a VHS recording of my son at age and 5 and age 30. He passed away unexpectedly in April 2021 at the age of 48. The quality of the work which Everpresent provided was excellent and price reasonable. I also want to say that they performed all work in a timely manner and provided back up files as well. I had a great experience working with this company and I highly recommend them.”

“When I expressed my disappointment in the fact that EverPresent produced 2 tracks from my audio tape instead of combining them, the staff of EverPresent corrected my problem immediately and gave me access to the new, combined MP3. They have provided an excellent product and great customer service! I would recommend EverPresent to anyone!!”

At EverPresent we have many choices available when digitizing audio tapes that is why our consultants reach out to you before we get started to discuss our track splitting process. If your expectations were to have a combined file, that is no problem and an easy fix. We keep files backed up on our server for this reason! “I have used Everpresent numerous times in recent years tp digitize old family photos, and slides. Every time, their work has been terrific. For my most recent project earlier this summer, they were able to make repairs to a photo made from a damaged slide so it looks like an undamaged picture. I am waiting for them to finish my second project this summer, and I will have at least one more this year.”
