“This company is so professional in how they present the details of their work, and in how they communicate. Their attention to detail is evident in "quality control" letters. My digitized products were returned in an organized, nicely labeled manner, and I love that the products are made available in physical form (DVDs, flash drive) and online. Highly recommended!”

“I am so appreciative of the sterling team at Everpresent for their exceptional work done in creating a DVD of several of my home movies, some of which were taken in 1926 when my mother was nine years old, with her three sisters 11, 7 and 4 years with my grandmother who was then 37. I am 79 years old, so you can see what an incredible experience it is to be able to see them "in action" and even more a treasure to share them with my grandchildren, and to see myself at age 3 in 1945 at my aunt and uncle's wedding, not to mention even more films. Without Everpresent's meticulous care right from the get-go of entrusting those films to you and being kept "in the loop" all the way through I suspect that these old films would have eventually met a sorry end on the trash heap; now they are available to several generations to come. If anybody asks me what to do with their old films, I have a ready answer! Thank you many time over!”

“My experience with EVERPRESENT completely exceeded my expectations! They communicated with me regularly and made me feel at ease as they handled my very old films. The finished product is spectacular! We are able to view video of my mom and dad when they were first married back in the early 1950’s and my dad when he served in Korea. I still get choked up looking at them smiling and laughing as young adults. I totally recommend EVERPRESENT. I have more very old film that I will be processing with them in the near future. Well done!”

“First of all, all my dealings with EverPresent were very polite, courteous and professional. I would rate them with a five (on their scale of 5 being very good). They immediately listened to your request and responded with their questions and answer. You knew on your first call what the project would cost and how long it would take to get your project back. I had them digitize (4) 400 foot super eight films into a DVD(some dated back to the 1960's and four (4) VHS film into a DVD. I was totally satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to everyone and I will use them again when needed!!”

“Everpresent did a terrific job of converting my old super 8 reels to digital. Great quality, easy file retrieval from the website, reasonable price and done within the timeframe they quoted me. Handled with care from a satellite location (The Framing Gallery, Hawthorne, NY) so I didn't have to ship them. Highly recommend.”

“My family tried to digitize our videos several different times in different ways, but it was always a puzzle of managing equipment that didn't really work and we had poor results. My Eventually we decided to trust EverPresent with the job, and we are very grateful. We had literally over a hundred tapes of family videos, but that was no problem. EverPresent quotes fairly for the services they provide, and they have equipment that can extract the best quality possible from your media. They are very familiar with how everything works. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“work was fine. Pushing the end of the promised date for delivery, but not really late. Getting a bit pricey, and although I did not call to question it, I wonder what a $35 service fee (for what) on a total invoice of about $2000. I would think for that amount of payment, it is not in the spirit of treating customers fairly to have to pay a "service fee."”

“I have transferred 4 very old brittle 8mm movies so far with good success from the Everpresent team. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the final process of the "consultation", this process requires an old fashion phone call which greatly delays the delivery. Since it is hard to reach the team both time it took over 10 days to get the release of the films. I tried calls, emails but they demand you speak with them (this is almost as old fashion as my 8mm films!) I asked that a manger contact me but there was no attempt.”
