“This is 2nd project I have completed with them . Once again very happy with results . Very professional , plus have a contact person can communicate with instead of a computer generated help line . Plan on doing many more projects with them . Have used a larger company but not the same level of communication and customer service . Glad to see a company that still believes in customer service and would highly recommend them for anyone who wants to get a project completed . Thanks Again to the Staff at Everpresent .”

“Sirs: I have a HP Scan G4050 and three very dark slides. Although I received "boilerplate" emails about the marvelous work you were doing (I think these were just marketing items and had little truth in the 'personal work' on my slides my slides were sent with expectations of a usuable presentation material. When I received the finger disc group of slides it is difficult to see a major upgrade of my dark slides. The copies on my G4050 frankly were better but I sent them to you hoping for improvement that was not as good as my armature attempt. I planned on using the images for a medical presentation of my early cases and your work product was not acceptable. Frankly money spent was wasted and I received nothing in return put propaganda about how good your firm was! My investment with your firm was wasted.”

“In terms of value for what they accomplished, yes, Everpresent was great. From 12 VHS tapes I got 12 MP4 files that are nearly perfect. Even though some parts did not digitize properly, I at least can still see footage not seen in over 20 years. The MP4 flawlessly goes into my Imovie making for easy edits. My biggest complaint with Everpresent is the communication of certain details with the staff.While some things are in fine print, pricing details should be blatantly defined in the initial phone calls, not leaving one to wonder for a month how much left is owed on the package one's digitizing.All the staff are friendly but having to drop the VHS supply off at third party lead to confusion at times over price, what I gave, what was returned and what I'd paid for. Also to me, the process of over a month took too long but I guess thats science .”

“We brought 27 very precious VHS tapes to EverPresent's store in Newton and initiated a project whereby they would be converted into DVDs and a USB. The intake person at the main desk was very knowledgeable about what the project would entail, how long it might take, and pricing. EverPresent then stayed in contact with us via email, letting us know exactly where in the process the project. We really appreciated that. The project was completed on time. All six DVDs played perfectly. We had some questions about how to play the USB in our computer, so we contacted EverPresent by phone, and they got right on it, helped us figure out how to get it to work in our computer, and now we're fine with our 27 very precious VHS tapes converted to six DVDs and a USB. EverPresent: Job well done, true to their word all the way through, VERY responsive to our questions, thank you!”

“I had 35 year old cassettes and ever present put them on DVDs and thumb drives for me they came out awesome I highly suggest them for all your copy needs, they send emails for every step they do, try them you won’t be disappointed !”

“I submitted about 15 reels that dated back to the 1960’s. Naturally I was worried as these reels are like treasures to my family as they contain precious home movies. EverPresent was sensitive to how much the reels mean to me and kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way. I was very reassured of their professionalism and of the great care they took to make sure every foot of reel was carefully managed. I am extremely pleased with the results and with the people who I interacted with. I recommend EverPresent to everyone.”

“I've worked with EverPresent on 2 projects-a photo book and converting old tapes to USB. Both produced amazing, cherished memories. For me, working on the projects was a gift to myself, and for my adult kids, the book of where their stories began, and the USB of movies they took of themselves and friends during middle and high school years have been a source of joy and merriment. Can't thank you enough.”
