“It is so refreshing working with a company that communicates so well with its clients, keeping us updated almost daily on the progress of the project. The completion time for the project was much earlier than projected which was another nice surprise. Looking forward to working with Everpresent on future projects!”

“Administratively, your services are impeccable but it would have been better to have complete transparency on the pricing; in my case the bill was higher at the end of the order (ie, after the technicians had looked at the items to be copied, and billed accordingly; this includes shipping costs etc)”

“I am going to give 4 stars cause when I received the DVD it played ok. Then when I tried to play it again it said unable to read and would not play.I tried ejecting and re insert it and it still said unable to read.”

“This was a great service and I have nothing negative to say about it. I thought the pricing was reasonable and now I can share all of my family's old videos digitally. I had a family emergency and couldn't pick up the old tapes from the Burlington mall store for 5 weeks, and they were kept there for me when I was able to return. That was so helpful for me, so thank you!”
