“We love our 2 digital projects but in the last one our VHS tapes came back without the cases they were sent it. It is very difficult to reach someone at Everpresent.”

“This was a great service from beginning to end. The communication during the process was excellent, letting us know our videos were being handled carefully. “The volume and clarity was not as good and the film was not clear sometimes. I understand because the was made in the Fortes Something with filming I did went to fast. We have 2 more but not sure I want to sped that much more money if it doesn't come out good.”

“I was happy with the flash drive but was unable to use the link to share the video. I had to download the video onto my computer then buy and make new flash drives from that to share the video”

“I have been organizing family memories and came across big boxes of old family videos. I am getting married soon and wanted to do something that would maybe show the people that my family has lost. I got just a few tapes digitized to start, and I am so so happy I did!!! The service and quality was absolutely amazing. Everpresent works with you from start to finish. They brought our families memories back to life. I am so excited to get started on the next project!”

“I found EverPresent to be highly professional and very communicative. I wasn't even sure the 1940's films of my parents' wedding day and my brother's first Christmas would even be viable, but I was reassured from the start that they most likely would be, as that is the era they deal with quite a bit. The end product was thrilling to view.”

“EVERPRESENT was on top of their game from the start. Very professional & informative. Handing over fond family memories to an outside entity, was very unsettling.
