“When I contacted Everpresent I was told I could drop my tape to be digitized off at a store in South Burlington, VT, and I made an appointment to do so. But when I arrived I found the store had gone out of business some time ago, and there was nowhere to drop it off. I got back in contact with Everpresent, and found the only option was to mail them my tape. Once they had it, they did a good, and very prompt, job of transferring the material. But it would seem someone at Everpresent should have known their drop off point had gone out of business long ago, instead of directing me there.”

seemed to go well, although the communication could have been better. I just received my second order
of slides on flash drives. Again, the communication could have been better and some of the slides are backwards. I am planning on sending some super 8 film to have it put on flashdrives and I hope it goes

“I had a not-in-such-great-shape 45 year old video tape of my Grandfather's 80th birthday. All of the grandchildren and great-grandchildren were there. This video tape was the only one in existence. Everpresent created 2 CDs from the tape. They did a marvelous job and we now have Grandfather's birthday for posterity forever. I am extremely pleased and grateful for the job that was done.”
