“My experience was good, But I wish you would have told me a little more about what my final product looked like I might have not asked for you to continue!! I was disappointed at the viewing when I got the USB. I know you worked hard on it and I am not blaming you for the outcome but I just wish I was told that the viewing was in a bad state. I would have cancelled the whole thing and paid you for what you did up to that point. I have more but I am reluctant to pass them on to you because I think the viewing might be as bad as the one I sent to you!!”

“Thanks to Everpresent, now I can relive my regional spelling bee loss from 1986, previously trapped on an old VHS tape. That's not so awesome, actually, but Everpresent is! Easy to work with, good quality product, and kept me informed about their progress the whole time. Highly reccomend.”

“Having transferred dozens of tapes from the same camera, I have a pretty good idea what’s normally involved. I sent the tape you transferred to you because it needed repair, the tape having broken in camera. You did a good job of accessing the video information on the tape and fro vid ing a file of same. But in two scenes there appears to be a white line down the left side of the picture. This seems to belie the “careful attention to detail” that was indicated in your numerous status communications. I`` know from my experience that, once you get the tape up and running there is little to do other than let it run—so I felt you made too big a deal of the stages and steps the process went through. I also felt the cost of the flash drive you returned the file on was very excessive. I don’t know why. In summation, I was very glad you could repair the tae and do the transfer, but made too big a deal about the subsequent process of transfer, and feel the cost was excessive. If the tape had not needed repair I don’t thin I would have used your service. As a retired person who earned his living as a film and video producer I have many 8mm and some 16 mm films to transfer, but I think the cost of transferring this one tape quite pricy, and would probably look elsewhere first (if you do film transfers) I very glad you could do the transfer and am happy to have the transfer you provided.”

“You interest in becoming a preferred service can at times fail. When i was concerned about my order it took almost a week for you to respond or acknowledge my email. that made me very nervous. when you did you then went overboard trying to make up for the err of your ways by sending me undates and other email resources for a week until my job was delivered. Everything was packaged beautifully. I sent in 5 I U-matic tapes and had 5 files on a flashdrive, 2 of them were repeated with other info attached that made me realize that one or more files may not have been transferred. I understand that you are a small company and maybe overloaded? I'm happy with what I did receive but disturbed thinking that something is missing and I may never understand what. I would consider using you in the future because i think you are capable in small doeses. i would never send you multiple tapes to avoid something like this ever happening again. You were highly recommended by a good friend and how I came to you.”

“Had a great experience with EverPresent. Staff is exceptional at this company and they handled all my old, family VHS tapes with care. I did have one issue with the quality of one of the transferred DVDs not being as good of quality as the actual VHS. They told me to send the tape back to do a redo and it came out great. Very satisfied with this company and will definitely use them again for any future projects. Thank you to your hardworking team!”

“The quality of the pics scanned was great (for a silent montage). Everything arrived well before the deadline (for a wedding) which was fantastic. However, my husband and I could not figure out how to get to the montage from either the links sent or the thumb drive. I had left a voice mail I believe on August 12 but did not receive a return call. Which is unusual for Everpresent! I guess we missed something when opening up the links/USB. However, my husband was able to put the montage together through a Microsoft program. It was a very busy time leading up to my daughter's wedding and ran out of time to put another call in. This would not deter me from using Everpresent again; perhaps I just left a message on the wrong phone line.”

“Everpresent delivered in every aspect of the conversion to digital files of my very old 8mm movie films. they are a family heirloom, taken by my father, starting the year I was born, 1941. The quality was surprisingly good considering all the years these reels spent in a storage container. I opted for the HD 2K version because I am editing the video into a documentary which, will ultimately be viewed by family members on HDTV screens. The whole process was seamless and totally, professional. The step- by step feedback was very reassuring. I will be placing another order for more 8mm conversions as the project progresses. Also, the drop off service at Massapequa, N.Y. outlet was very convenient.”

“Overall 5 stars, especially because they were so thorough communicating with me about where they were throughout the process and the shape the film was in etc I really appreciated that. A little expensive for photo scans, reasonable for 8mm to USB, please stop sending me paper mail to my house🙏.”
