“eWheels is a phenomenal seller to work with. There was a mixup with my selected tire type (received knobby instead of street) and they sent out a replacement street tire right away, free of charge. Then after I wiped out on some mud and bent my pedal, I sent them an email and had a quick response with an invoice I could pay to get a replacement. Shipping was fast and I was back on the trails. If you have any issues, send them an email and you can be sure they'll work with you to fix it. Thank you eWheels!!!”

“Outstanding service! I ordered the kit to perform suspension service for my Sherman-S. eWheels were exceptionally helpful guiding me through this non-trivial process, getting the parts to me, and helping out when things didn't go as planned. For example, during the installation I broke a brass top suspension adjuster. It's a tiny and specialized part, I didn't expect that any shop have it in stock. Turned out eWheels did, and shipped it to me immediately. Big thanks!”

“While I didn't purshase a wheel, I did order parts for a couple that I have. The service was excellent! The order was processed quickly and I received my parts within a week. I placed the order on a Saturday and Jason (the owner) responded by early Sunday. I didn't expect a response on a weekend so I was very impressed. When I do order a new wheel it will be from eWheels.”

“Both the customer support, sales and after sales is amazing! They’re really trying to keep us out there on our wheels having fun. Doing anything in their power to help us, I had a catastrophic parts failure, they helped me figure out what I needed, sent the invoice and had it shipped out the same day! “I don't know if it's ewheels fault or kingsong but God they did such a bad job on putting it together, the screws are stripped and nothings right l. Tried to change a tire and it literally was giving me problem every step of the way. Horrible”

“I am very upset with ewheels and how they have handled my orders, needed to replace the the entire brake system levers, calipers pads and all was first only shipped the brake levers, talked to Jason micheals I believe his name was and asked for a supervisor to talk to, was then charged for the rest of the kit which didn't come with the olive and barbs as I just not 5 mins ago got a call from the shop in town repairing it saying that that's what they needed in order to finish the instal, I have no idea who actually does any form of work there but I am ready to just switch companies entirely when I need a new scooter, I will never purchase an ewheels part or scooter again if there is anyone actually listening to this you can reach me at my email”

“I purchased a V8f from ewheels about three years ago. It broke an axel right off the bat, and everything was resolved at no cost to me. They stood behind the product. I purchased a used Nik+ from a guy that bought from ewheels. When the battery issue happend, they verified the purchase and sent me the new upgraded batteries, at no charge to me. When I decided to upgrade wheels, ewheels had a price in line with other sellers by a few hundred bucks, so I gladly got a master V4 from them, knowing that if anything happens, they'll back it. Don't screw around and go the cheapest route, the difference is a small price to pay for when things might go wrong. I can probably do the repairs with shipped parts, but who wants to screw around second guessing things with that. Go ewheels, lol.”
