“Great response time to my order, ordered on a Friday afternoon, had the wheel Monday (CA to CO). Good prices as well, and they were quick to respond to a "what's included" email. Will be purchasing my future wheels from eWheels!”

“My first attempt to purchase did not go as planned due to a Shopify system problem. Ewheels Support was very patient with me as I panicked due to payment showing success and no order existed. The problem was resolved as quickly as terms allowed. I am very happy Ewheels was available to help and get a V14 under my feet as quickly as possible.”

“The Lynx was my first wheel, and I learned how to ride pit! Top speed 15mph, but I’ve ridden parking lots, an alley and a 5 level garage. Ewheels was super fast & shipped me the wheel in four days. I hope to go faster and get more proficient in the weeks to come.”

“First of all, ewheels has every part imaginable. So if you’re looking for some obscure part there’s no really no other place to go. So save yourself the hassle of scouring all over china for the part. Ewheels has it. Secondly, their customer service is second to none! I purchased 2 wheels from them and several parts to rebuild wheels that I already owned and they promptly got back to me with knowledgeable answers to the endless questions that I seem to have. They help me bring a wheel that I didn’t even purchase from them back to life after I wiped out and it ended up in a river. They were patient, gave me options for multiple scenarios and provided the rare parts to fix it. So I give their customer service 5 out of 5 stars. I’ll definitely continue to do business with this company and will recommend them to whoever asks. I’d also say I’m probably not the easiest customer, and yet they’ve continued to impress.”

“Living in Hawaii, everything takes FOREVER to ship here. I moved here for work and HI also has lots of restrictions about transporting lithium batteries. So it was looking pretty bleak... When I fell in love with the Begode T4, not only did eWheels' customer service team put my mind at ease with quick-response, real-human support that fixed an address issue, but also took the time to hear my concerns about shipping to Hawaii. I'm absolutely not lying when I say this: my Begode T4 arrived exactly 3 days after I placed the order. Since I've lived in Hawaii, that is the *fastest* anything has ever gotten to my house. eWheels is extremely customer-focused. Other distributors I worked with had zero systems in place with shipping to Hawaii and made me feel like I had to be the one to do all the logistical work. That shouldn't be the customer's responsibility. I am extremely happy with this purchase, this experience, and I'd recommend eWheels to my friends and family. Also Chooch Tech is a phenomenal brand representative who carries this vibe out to the world with his marvelous review, service, and product critique videos on YouTube.”

“The order was shipped the same day and arrived earlier than I expected. Now I have some time to practice before going on a road trip. I like my scooter so far. Solid build, all features as described on the web-site. And it was a rare find,too. I ordered it from eWheels based on their high ratings on Reddit. Seems like I made the right choice. Thank you, eWheels!”
