“The folks at eWheels we’re very helpful, courteous and responsive to my questions and order process. Once I placed the order, shipping was quick and received tracking info, as well as a detailed email on what to expect once I had the wheel and start up process. Definitely recommend!”

“Very useful cover! fit perfectly and protects the board! I had a few falls and it still looks brand new! Moreover, if you're a repeating customer they give you discount on shipping! My only concern is when the summer comes.. if it the wheel will heat up too much!”

“Best Customer Service EVER! My husband and I ordered a KS16X and placed a deposit on the Gotway MSX Pro. We had several questions regarding our purchases and needed some technical assistance. Both Jason and Zen were super responsive, quickly responding to all of our correspondence and even sending us links to videos we might find helpful. In this day and age of customer-no-service, the eWheels team is a breath of fresh air! Now we are busy having a great time learning to ride our EUC and hoping to share our great eWheels experience with friends — and start an ewheels gang in our town!”

“I recently bought two wheels through ewheels. They are very quick to respond with questions. I got my wheels quickly and right when they said I would. When one of the models I bought went on sale after I purchased it, they refunded the difference without my even asking. AFTER THE SALE! Amazing customer service. Truly. Other companies would do well to model their service after ewheels. So impressive. I highly recommend this company.”
