“I own an 18xl also purchased from Jason, and wasn't sure what to expect with the 16x with similar specs. What can i say, in love all over again. No learning curve, 30 miles today, totally digging the new ride! Diffently has more snap then the 18xl and can toss it around much easier. New go to wheel! Thank you Jason and ewheels team for staying in touch and keeping me posted! Stay safe.”

“Have you ever purchased an item and found missing parts or instructions of how to assemble or operate it? Well that won't happen if you purchase from eWheels. Jason is "Mr. eWheels" and knows them inside and out. He has been very patient with me when I couldn't figure out how to unlock my wheel for the first time (I didn't read the email throughly enough that he had sent me). That is service that I can't ignore and why I went back to eWheels for my second euc. Thanks Jason.”

“Jason did an incredible job of getting the wheel to me. After numerous hurdles due to the Covid pandemic and Fed Ex, I can honestly say I’ve never seen this level of customer support. I’ll never get a wheel from anyone else!!!”

“The folks at ewheels are great, I bought 3 Turbowheel Swifts and 1 Dualtron Thunder. Additionally I had some questions and Jason was quick to respond to all of them. That being said if you're looking to buy an electric scooter or bike ewheels is the place !!!”

“Jason and the Ewheels team are AWESOME!! I had quite a few questions before I made my decision on who to purchase a scooter from, and Ewheels was there to answer all of them. They shipped my scooter the same day i ordered it as well!! I would say to all of you, looking to purchase an electric fun mobility transportation, STOP LOOKING ANYWHERE ELSE !! “Quick delivery. Products as described. One order I was charged for Fed -ex delivery at check out but they said it should be free so they refunded me the charge! Great business. Highly recommended! Have ordered 3 wheels from them so far. Also great communication with quick emails and tracking info, even during Covid 19 Pandemic!”

“The EUC and trolly handle was shipped very fast at an incredible price. Ewheels is the only company that offers mten3 at such affordable price, with upgraded pedals and adding an extra wrist guard. I have been waiting for this wheel to come in cheaper configurations, and ewheels provide the best product/service for the money.”
