“Very good product, shipment and delivery was wonderful .packing also just as great. Suspension is wonderful speed is great. Shows 33 miles an hour on flat ground.”

“This is my first EUC. EWheels has an awesome website, of brands and knowledge about each wheel, and comparison. Transaction process was easy, and having financing company also made it even easier to get into this hobby. I will be a forever customer. Fast shipping.”

“Very useful cover! fit perfectly and protects the board! I had a few falls and it still looks brand new! Moreover, if you're a repeating customer they give you discount on shipping! My only concern is when the summer comes.. if it the wheel will heat up too much!”

“Best Customer Service EVER! My husband and I ordered a KS16X and placed a deposit on the Gotway MSX Pro. We had several questions regarding our purchases and needed some technical assistance. Both Jason and Zen were super responsive, quickly responding to all of our correspondence and even sending us links to videos we might find helpful. In this day and age of customer-no-service, the eWheels team is a breath of fresh air! Now we are busy having a great time learning to ride our EUC and hoping to share our great eWheels experience with friends — and start an ewheels gang in our town!”

“I recently bought two wheels through ewheels. They are very quick to respond with questions. I got my wheels quickly and right when they said I would. When one of the models I bought went on sale after I purchased it, they refunded the difference without my even asking. AFTER THE SALE! Amazing customer service. Truly. Other companies would do well to model their service after ewheels. So impressive. I highly recommend this company.”

“I own an 18xl also purchased from Jason, and wasn't sure what to expect with the 16x with similar specs. What can i say, in love all over again. No learning curve, 30 miles today, totally digging the new ride! Diffently has more snap then the 18xl and can toss it around much easier. New go to wheel! “Have you ever purchased an item and found missing parts or instructions of how to assemble or operate it? Well that won't happen if you purchase from eWheels. Jason is "Mr. eWheels" and knows them inside and out. He has been very patient with me when I couldn't figure out how to unlock my wheel for the first time (I didn't read the email throughly enough that he had sent me). That is service that I can't ignore and why I went back to eWheels for my second euc. Thanks Jason.”
