“The 1st time I bought Inmotion V8, and product was good, delivery fast. Recently, I purchase King Song KS-18S, same fast delivery. When I disassemble the tire to add a liner, I tore scratch the hall sensor wire without knowing. eWheel diagnose the issue quickly, and fix it without a fee. I have bought quite a few accessory items, and eWheel always have it on stock, and deliver quickly.”

“The KS16S is my first EUC and it took couple of hours before I was able to stand on it, but after I got on it was amazing! I got a few scratches here and there trying to learn how to ride it, but it’s still in great condition. I own 3 other electric vehicles such as eskateboards and the onewheel, but all my friends are wanting to ride the EUC. Also, I highly recommend buying from this company since the customer service is great! Jason, the guy who helped me out responds right away and my product was here in 2 days and when I had some trouble figuring out how to use the app I emailed Jason and he helped me out. Thank you!”

“I have too say this is one of the best companies I have ever Puchased from, the customer service from Jason was Awesome. I bought my Monster 84V with 2400 Wh battery and had some issues at the beginning, they helped me out and I had a new part withen a few days.”

“Jason and William Jordan (eWheels Tech) are awesome. They are there after the sale. I crashed a wheel and they both went above and beyond to get me rolling again. William even got on video chat to help me troubleshoot my controller board. He could see I dent the capacitor which was causing the problem. They mailed out a new board the next day to get me going. I will never ever buy a wheel from ALiExpress or Ebay after getting that kind of service. I have now purchased 5 wheels from Jason and I have never had any regrets.”

“This time I only purchased a charger (a great charger, for all it will do), but I also got my Kingsong 16S wheel, a bunch of replacement body parts and tires/tubes from ewheels.com. They remain my only euc resource because they are speedy, honest, and fair in everything they do. I feel completely confident recommending Jason and company to everyone asking about getting a wheel. “I know from experience and from others that eWheels is the place to go for the best in Electric Unicycles and Scooters. Last year I purchased a Gotway MSX. Could not be happier with my purchase. This summer, I became interested in joining the escooter revolution. So I came back to the eWheels site and looked at various models. But before making my purchase, I contacted Jason, to ask for his advice. Due to my size (270 lbs) and need for full suspension because of road conditions in my area, he recommended that I go with the TurboWheel Lightning. It was my lucky day. He had just received a shipment of these and had one which was available for me. After some minor adjustments (adjusting handlebars, tightening hand grips) I was really to go. What a great product! Has everything I want. Glides over the pavement, absorbs most of the bumps and gives me the control and speed necessary to navigate in city streets and long rides. I give eWheels the highest recommendation! They stand by their products, are super responsive to my questions and provide great recommendations and carry the best most reliable products. If you want ditch your car for short to medium journeys in your town, eWheels is the place to be! AAAAAA+++++++”

“Coming back from Washington DC and using the rental Scooters to see the sites, 2 things came to mind. I) I wanted a scooter 2) I wanted one way better than the rentals. For 2 months i researched what i wanted and knew that i wanted supportive service if i ever needed it. For that i chose EWheels and the Dart Scooter. They were responsive to my phone calls and email questions. The quality is a bit better that the Z9 due to Ewheels making smart choices with slight upgrades. I will be doing buisness again with them once i convince my girlfriend they are great for leasure sight seeing and commuting. The Dart is a blast!!”

“Aside from the customer service, the product is amazing. Upgraded to the SW5 from the SW4. Huge improvements all around. It's fast, gets me to and from work quickly. Strong build, and battery last a really long time. Would highly recommend.”
