“A really great company to work with. Extremely responsive. They ship immediately. No 5 to 10 day "processing" BS, if he says he's got it, the thing is in the Fedex truck the second your CC clears. Absolute latest product, not a scrapped up factory second. Awesome accessories upgrades included at no charge. Communication, product, tracking number, packaging, responsiveness, everything was spot on. Very satisfied and Highly recommend...and I really rarely say that. Thank you guys!”

“I purchased the King Song 16X as my first EUC. I already own 3 electric skateboards. All these items are made in China and new category of PEV with so-so Quality Control. From my experience, after sale support is very important if you want to maintain your investment. The forum is good for updated info, but having one year warranty and quick email support is priceless. eWheels have proven to me, to be one of the best after sale support. Yes, I could've saved a couple of hundred dollars, but the warranty definitely worth more than what I could've saved.”

“Purchasing from ewheels was smooth and painless. It came quickly even though being on the east coast. The website offers many resources to educate yourself on the right EUC for you. I purchased the Kingsong 16S, it even came with free wrist guards! A week after my purchase, the website was running a black friday promo and Jason was kind enough to credit me back the would be discount on my purchase. That's customer service! Would recommend and purchase from again.”

“I had previously bought a KingSong 14C from Ewheels and so when I was in the market for a new one, I of course returned to Ewheels. Jason and his team are amazing and I would gladly pay more to buy from a reputable dealer who stands behind his product! If you are looking for something electric with a motor, you won't go wrong with Ewheels!”

“I’ve only ridden the scooter a handful of times so far, but I do enjoy the ride. It’s fast, responsive and a smooth ride. Heavy duty construction.. you can feel the quality. I love the lights. It makes you very visible to pedestrians and motorists alike. With that being said, the lights aren’t terribly adequate for your own view of the road. I’d suggest a more powerful headlight. Possibly a light and horn combo as the bell that it comes with would be hardly audible on a noisy street. Aside from the lights and bell that it comes with I’d like to see a thumb throttle on it. It has two sets of brakes and the brake handles are on the front side of the handlebars. The throttle handle is on the front side of the handlebars as well which makes breaking in an emergency situation a little complicated. One reason I purchased the ewheels over other competitors is that they’re located in the US and their customer service response is on point. I’ve dealt with other companies with high end scooters, like joyor and their service is the worst I’ve seen in any facet of retail. Multiple emails and no response. Unacceptable for a price tag north of $700. The direct competitor for the turbo wheels dart, PEV Zero 9 customer service left much to be desired as well.”

“Ordering and shipping and the ease was surprising, however with this type of unit, I wouldnt mind if there was a slight price increase if you would in include a stand with the unit. So far so good”

“This an amazing company that sells incredible scooters. The customer service is prompt as well as intelligent. After ordering a scooter I decided to get a faster one and they had no problem with having the item shipped back while it was in transit and sending out the other scooter. Delivery time was excellent. I would only order these types of expensive scooters from ewheels. The scooter I ordered had a small scratch on it from the shipping, but it was just a scratch.”
