“Great selection of electric unicycles. I ordered a King Song KS16S, works great. Still going through the bumps and bruises of learning, especially on the ankles. But overall, a great experience shopping through this site and received constant updates regarding my order. Questions were also answered very quickly. Thank you to Jason and the ewheels team.”

“My Turbowheel Lightning+ came neatly packaged and in perfect condition! All that needed adjusting were the cockpit components, which come loose so that nothing gets damaged during shipping. Took 10 mins. to setup and go! Once the scooter was fully charged it was ready to go! The suspension feels like a cloud and breaks were already properly tuned. Keep up the good work eWheels!!!”

“I would’ve paid A few hundred dollars more for this item had I seen it and tried it out in person before purchasing it. The quality, speed, acceleration, and durability of the product are all above my expectations. E wheels is easy to contact, and all inquiries were responded to in less than 24 hours and included photographs.”

“I bought this wheel after using an electric scooter (Segway es4) for work. I wanted something a little easier to manipulate going through several heavy doors and elevators. I work at a apartment community with 1200 homes. This ks16s takes me everywhere I need to go. I have over 6 miles of hallway and acres upon acres of parking garages to inspect and do preventative maintenance on. This completes the package since I can wear a backpack and reliably get anywhere I need to go, even up 5 levels of a parking garage. At first I thought I had a defective unit, but I just had an imbalance in my hips, my right leg was almost an inch longer than the left. After a chiropractor visit, turning left felt just as easy as turning right. pro tips for beginners: get properly adjusted by a chiro - these wheels rely on small factors, my hips being out of alignment caused almost an inch difference and made this thing incredibly difficult to ride. Once I was adjusted it felt like I could correctly use it.”

“This is my third wheel purchase. Jason has been very professional and operates with integrity as I had a big problem with wheel number two I purchased and Jason was as concerned about it as I was and handled it as well as could be expected. I would hesitate to deal directly with these Chinese companies but dealing with eWheels eliminates the worries as Jason and eWheels stand behind the products they sell”

“A really great company to work with. Extremely responsive. They ship immediately. No 5 to 10 day "processing" BS, if he says he's got it, the thing is in the Fedex truck the second your CC clears. Absolute latest product, not a scrapped up factory second. Awesome accessories upgrades included at no charge. Communication, product, tracking number, packaging, responsiveness, everything was spot on. Very satisfied and Highly recommend...and I really rarely say that. Thank you guys!”

“I purchased the King Song 16X as my first EUC. I already own 3 electric skateboards. All these items are made in China and new category of PEV with so-so Quality Control. From my experience, after sale support is very important if you want to maintain your investment. The forum is good for updated info, but having one year warranty and quick email support is priceless. eWheels have proven to me, to be one of the best after sale support. Yes, I could've saved a couple of hundred dollars, but the warranty definitely worth more than what I could've saved.”
