“This was my first purchase with ewheels and our very first EUC purchase. From all the research and reviews I must say it was the best choice we made to choose ewheels. Customer service and quick shipping is what we look for living in Hawaii and you can’t go wrong when you shop with ewheels.”

“Jason has been very responsive and quick to make things right when they go wrong. See my review of the InMotion V8F I received last week from EWheels. Very satisfied with his service. Update on the V8F. Jason sent me a replacement and the new wheel is fine, very smooth, light, quick, and agile, with no cutout problem. The new wheel combined with Jason's great service---it's all good now. Very pleased.”

“I bought a V10F from ewheels a few months back. Before I purchased I called and asked a question. The guy was very nice and helpful. Since then I have put 800 miles on my wheel. I have ran into two issues with my wheel. First a pedal broke (which is a common issue that inmotion has solved), ewheels had two new pedals to my house with 2 days. Second was an issue with a loose bolt. Once again the guy at ewheels was quick to give advise on what the issue could be and helped me fix it. So far I am very happy with ewheels and will purchase my next wheel from them.”

“The eWheels team sets the standard for customer service that other businesses should try to emulate. They do exactly what they say. My order actually arrived early and in perfect condition. Their website provides a ton of useful info and Jason’s email prior to delivery was very helpful. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my EUC needs.”

“This was my 2nd order from ewheels. Ordering was very easy and quick just like last time. FedEx delivery ended well but there was some confusion about the location of the item and destination address (I re-directed it to a local FedEx store since signature required). Order was a day later than estimated (NC).”

“I live in Reno Nevada. I ordered a Kingsong 16X as my first EUC. I received my new EUC within two days. I was extremely happy receive my order that quickly. After my order, I was sent initial instructions, which were very helpful. I learned to mount and ride the EUC in an hour. I am very happy with Ewheels!”

“Regarding my recent purchase of the King Song 16S, I found the shopping easy on the site, the price very competitive with the year-end special discount and shipping offer very valuable. What surprised me most was when you said 3 days for delivery, it was exactly three days. Fantastic considering the selection of the basic shipping option. The product arrived in good shape and charged up fully without issues. I am still just getting used to standing up on it without falling over in my hallway until the weather gets decent enough in Seattle to hit the local park for more robust personal training. It's a beautiful machine and I am looking forward to rocking it in the months ahead down the many bike paths in the region.”

“Jason and eWheels are so spectacular to deal with it’s unbelievable! They communicate very fast, ship very fast and if anything seems wrong or needs clarification with your scooter, they troubleshoot almost immediately. I’ve purchased FOUR high end scooters from eWheels and each of them have been amazing! Thank you Jason for accommodating my requests — can’t say anything more positive than PLEASE reach out to eWheels for your mobility devices (before you consider another scooter marketplace) you WILL be taken care of and 100% happy!”

“Very quick and thorough service. The day I placed an order, and email was sent telling me that my wheel and accessories would be sent out in two shipments, and included a very thorough guide to using the wheel (and recommendations if I was a new to using an electric unicycle). I'm very happy with the service I have received.”
