“I was initially amazed how quick they respond to my emails but when I received my EUC 3 days after I posted my order with free shipping, I realized these guys are in serious business. Totally impressed. I'm hoping that I will not need to contact them for repairs in the future but I'm confident that if it happens they'll have my back.”

“EWheels did a fine job. Although, I was under the assumption that I would receive the 3” tires with my purchase along with the fast charger. Not a big deal, perhaps I just misunderstood the advertisement on the website. One said 3” wide tires vs 2.5”, one said quick charger, I guess it meant one or the other. The delivery was a few days late, but I’m assuming that was due to the grapevine getting snowed in and shut down. Not EWheels fault. All in all, a pleasant purchasing experience.”

He takes a layer off the uncertainty factor dealing with a Chinese Manufacturer that sets my mind at ease knowing that he stands behind his products. Customer service means a lot in this industry and Jason comes thru above and beyond. buying from ewheels gives you the confidence you will be getting a working warrantied product from a reputable company.”

“I’m a week into riding my KS16X and it is a fantastic machine!! Love it!! It truly is a beauty. Get a lot of stares and wows from the public. Ewheels has been truly fantastic!! Fast easy process. “I just bought my second EUC from EWheels and again I am extremely satisfied with the service Jason has provided. I bought my first wheel the KS18L from EWheels 2.5 years ago. The delivery was quick and the after sales service Jason provided to me was prompt and exemplary. I experienced the same level of service with my second wheel, the MTen3. “Great selection of electric unicycles. I ordered a King Song KS16S, works great. Still going through the bumps and bruises of learning, especially on the ankles. But overall, a great experience shopping through this site and received constant updates regarding my order. Questions were also answered very quickly. Thank you to Jason and the ewheels team.”
