“Awesome product and as advertised..... My new Turbowheel Lightning is bad ass, built well and fast! I also, got the Rapid charger (which has a percentage setting for longevity of my new 23 amp LG battery). This thing is built like a tank! Jason was awesome and most helpful! Thanks guys!”

“Great company with great customer service. There is a reason Jason and the eWheels team are highly spoken about, they care about their customers. “Quick shipping, free extra accessories such as gloves and cover. Unfortunately there was no list with the contents of the box, so I couldn’t check if anything wasn’t included. I’m writing that because when I received my Glide 2 (from Amazon) I also got a rear anti-splash wing, that protects your wheel and yourself from dirt when riding in the wet weather.”

“I've ordered 3 wheels from Ewheels: KS16S, MSX, and a KS16X. I've also bought an extra shell and pedals for my KS16S. The sales experience with Ewheels has been excellent, Jason and Company kept me very well informed every step of. the way. They rank at the top for support and follow through.”

“The team at eWheels has the best customer support of any online retailer I have ever dealt with. Products are priced competitively and the after the sale communications are way beyond what is expected from a typical e commerce business. I have bought from others before but I am never as satisfied with the process as I am with ewheels.”

“Ewheels is the best of the best. You can have peace of mind buying from Ewheels, the support from this company is very very good. 1) They are willing to help you out as far as any issues from your product you bought from them. Buying from China product is very risky taking a chance without support guarantee. If they do it will take forever. 2) Jason will give you honest advise about the product. 3) the price is guarantee cheaper than the others.”

“I recently purchased a EUC from Jason and the model I bought was an older model which really is not suitable for an adult, which I didn't know being that it was gonna be my first EUC, I thought it would be good to learn on but it was way to small, so Jason emailed me to let me know that it was an older model that was small and slow so Jason recommendthe Kingsong 14D, he didn't have to do that he could have just mailed it out and that's it, but he didn't he is a good person and the customer service is on point. I look forward to buying a new EUC from Ewheels once I learn to ride my Kingsong 14D. Great experience with fast shipping. 👍👍👍👍”
