My electric unicycle was the best purchase I’ve ever made. It is life changing - saves a bunch of wear and tear on my car. I am so happy I bought my unicycle from ewheels!!

The transaction for my Dualtron Spider was great. eWheels was super fast with getting it shipped and has been very responsive to any technical questions I've had. I highly recommend them for your electric scooter needs.

So, I'm brand new to electric scooters and was very skeptical of purchasing from ewheels at first, given the proliferation of scooters available on Amazon and elsewhere. However, after reading a few reviews of their customer service I decided to take the plunge on an expensive but well worth, Turbowheel Dart. Of course, nobody expects or wants to have an issue in which they'll have to contact customer service, but in my case I had a problem with the back-tire valve, but Jason promptly responded with a guide on repairs as well as shipping of replacement parts. I'm incredibly satisfied with the service they've provided, and feel thoroughly assured in future interactions with ewheels!

I'm delighted with my first wheel and ewheels. When getting into this sport I was concerned with the lack of a product support in The States. Jason and ewheels resolve that accurately. I had an issue with the registration server's in China. It looked to be days from being addressed. Jason got on the horn, email, and probably his wheel too if it were possible! By the next morning was I registered and riding! Thanks ewheels!

I purchased my MTen3 and 100v MSX from eWheels and couldn’t be happier with this company. They have outstanding customer service and go out of their way to make sure that their customers are completely satisfied. I wholeheartedly recommend eWheels without hesitation.

I had a good experience with Ewheels. I was able to upgrade my order at the last minute. All I did was email then and they called me back in minutes. I'll be purchasing my next week from them soon.

Ordered a Kingsong ks 14s and overnight I decided that a bigger 16s would be better. Emailed eWheels the next morning and Jason responded minutes later letting me know upgrading wouldn't be a problem. Sent the upgrade balance and received my 16s a couple days later. Great customer service!

So far this thing euc is amazing. And the customer service from Jason was/is impeccable!!!! He was able to answer every random question quickly, with tons of knowledge and insight u cant go wrong with ewheels!!!! Def worth every penny and some!

Not only did they ship right away, they were able to correct my screwup and add a charger to the box while still getting it out the next day. They provide fantastic customer support, with near-immediate helpful responses from a real person!

Something big about eWheels is that they deal with you on a personal basis. All my questions, concerns, and solutions were in e-mail with the actual people doing the supplying and servicing, and turnaround was quick, with shipping prompt. It wasn't without issues... the supplier sent units with European chargers and manuals, so that's what they were stuck with sending out, and the rapid-chargers got held up in port so it had to be sent separately. But the reason eWheels rates five stars is that they were willing to go to lengths to make sure issues were addressed, comping me for an adapter for the European charger, and keeping me posted on the status of the rapid-charger. The scooter itself was perfect, with the fingerprint scanner installed and working, and Jason has been in contact since, sending along updates about the Spider v2, things their team has observed about it like how best to use the stem locking collar, or different braking systems they're considering trying out. S*** happens, and eWheels will not leave you high and dry on occasions that it does.

Jason is a superstar when it comes to service. If you’re getting a product that they carry, I highly recommend going through Jason/e-wheels. I even busted my panel & pad and Jason had a replacement sent immediately!!!

I purchased a SoloGlide V3 from eWheels recently. I received everything promptly with no delivery issues. I had some questions afterwards about the fast charging system I had also purchased and I had my answers fast. Wheel is working great, skills are improving, having fun. Over 100 miles so far. All good.
