“I have purchased 2 EUC's from eWheels - a Kingsong 16S and a Gotway mTen3. Each time, they have shipped promptly and to the requested address (the Fedex store). The shipping address may seem minor, but many vendors refuse to ship to the Fedex store and this is a huge inconvenience. Both EUC's have been trouble free. Based on my experience thus far, I give eWheels 5 stars!”

“EWheels has been great w customer service. They have helped me every step of the way. I originally ordered a Speedway V scooter and then changed my order to a Dualtron Spider before it shipped. I discovered the spider to still be too heavy and they were willing to process a return until I figure out exactly what I need. I will certainly be speaking to Jason from ewheels again and referring friends to them as well.”

“The product came in intact and worked well right out of the box. The only issue was the rear disc brake was rubbing against the tires but that was very easy to adjust.”

“I love my product and I am amazed with customer service before and after. I was updated and responded to immediately. When I got the scooter I broke a piece and when I emailed them they sent me the piece I broke immediately. I love the product and the company I ordered it from. I will buy here again”

“This scooter has exceeded my expectations. Made minor adjustment to suspension setting to dampen the bumps on the road. It is large very stable and powerful. The acceleration is instantaneous on level 2 and 3. I highly recommend wearing appropriate safety gear. The lights are ok, but not very useful for nightime riding. An aftermarket headlight is recommended.”

“I ordered my Turbo Lightning Scooter about a month ago, finally received it about a week ago. To my surprise it was bigger than I expected but which raised my level of excitement, I was ready to ride into the sunset but not until I charged it, LOL!! I am happy to report I am very happy with the customer service from Jason, rented the little scooters about town here in San Francisco and Oakland Ca and this scooter is awesome, that can’t compare!! I have had this scooter up to 38mph and it was a smooth ride,, I have received several compliments from people on the BART transit system and at the malls,, it’s a great piece of machinery.. Thanks Jason and company,, additionally it was delivered early and Jason kept me in the loop as to the progress of my order!!”

“I recently purchased your Dart scooter. This is the second electric scooter I've owned, and I have to say the buying experience has been polar opposite from the other company I dealt with.
