“Have only dealt with two companies in regards to electric scooters. Ewheels by far on both the before and after purchase support have been absolutely amazing. There's nowhere else I'd go to for an electric scooter. Speedway IV Pro has been an amazing scooter with no issues experienced. Even now approaching 3000km ridden; just the usual brake and tire maintenance has all the unit has needed.”

From sending appropriate e-mails updating me on shipping, to providing download links for the App to unlock the wheel (google recently blocked the app from the playstore) to detailed step by step instructions for what options to check/uncheck for the best riding experience, ewheels helped make the purchase go smoothly.”

“I'm very happy with my purchase and the my purchase experience. I got the wheel within 3 days, right on time, plus some extra side pads. Very easy to get started riding with the notes and instructions. This was my first wheel and I'm up and riding and loving it!”

“For those of you who don’t know him, Jason is one of the foremost experts on the current EUC market and one of the only American businesses that has relationships with the Chinese manufacturers. Buying a uni from Jason means that you have access to someone who can help troubleshoot and find replacement parts for your wheel, even if it means talking to the manufacturers directly. 10/10 would buy from him again.”
