“The V13 is only my second EUC and it's a beast, so I have limited the top speed till I get the hang of it. Ewheels got my purchase to me super fast and the extras were very appreciated, especially the seat. Got this one for the weather resistant system and hill climbing ability because I live in a mountain state and ride year round no matter the weather and since there are no shops around here that can deal with it I got the one that's the toughest and ip rated. Thanks ewheels for a solid ride, I'll be back for more I'm sure.”

Hi Philip, thanks for your review! It may be a good idea to put a screen protector or a tape border around the display if you'll be riding in wet conditions, as that's a common water ingress point. The general rule for all EUCs is that light rain should be okay, but heavy to moderate rain as well as deep puddles should be avoided. Stay safe, and enjoy the ride :)

“Veteran Lynx came with an undervolted battery cell and an overvolted battery cell. They said it was the 1st time this issue occured for a Lynx. eWheels was very helpful in sending me another battery pack to replace it with. Though not being able to use the wheel immediately was =( eWheels was very helpful in suggesting what suspension to pick.”

“I am outstandingly pleased with my purchase from eWheels of a Begode A2+ with the factory-installed knobby tire option and my purchase a few weeks later of some accessories. A little while after I received the A2+, Mr. McNeil of eWheels informed me (without any prompting from me) that the associated free A2 trolley handle kits were once again in stock (I guess they were out of stock when I bought the A2+) and offered to send me a kit. I said "yes please". I then purchased and paid for two other EUC accessories and proposed that he combine-ship all three items to reduce shipping costs. He shared with me the savings in shipping costs per the combined shipping. Everything arrived very quickly and in good condition. Top marks to eWheels. I have added eWheels to my list of most-favoured EUC vendors.”

“I have purchased multiple wheels from eWheels and they have consistently provided excellent service. Whether you have questions before or after purchasing a wheel, they are quick to respond and thorough in their response. Additionally, eWheels works with vendors to ensure each wheel is separately tested before being shipped. While I’ve never had a problem with a wheel, I hear this company is amazing at support if problems do arise.”

“The folks at eWheels answered a lot of stupid questions from a rank beginner and were very helpful to me in making a great selection. I'm pleased with the 66 lb suspension and with their recommendation that I switch from the tubed knobby tire to the tubeless street tire. I was able to track the purchase, both as it came across the Pacific and on the FedEx truck.”

“JASON AND HIS TEAM ARE THE MFN GOATS! They shipped my wheel quickly, with everything ready to go basically out of the box. I have dealt with eWheels and one other company but eWheels has always gone above and beyond to help as much as they can with safety, quality, and a superb experience! The EWOG team here in Atlanta love dealing with Jason and his team and I can honestly say I have heard more wow factor stories about them than I have ever heard about any company in the industry. 10/10 will recommend and will definitely be coming back for a new wheel when it's time to upgrade!”

“E wheels has been a great company to be a coatomer of. I purchased a veteran Patton from them. Shipping was very fast, and the communication about my order was very good. The wheel also came with the settings already switched over for a rider in the US. I'm not sure if that's an E wheels thing, but nice nonetheless. I would suggest Ewheels to anyone interested in an EUC.”
