“Awesome customer service. I appreciate the quick and efficient communication via email with Jason and the team. I'm glad Jason recommended the 66 lbs instead of 62 lbs shocks on the Sherman S. It seems like the perfect weight in shocks for a 210 lbs person. I'm happy I have purchased my second EUC from eWheels. Also, eWheels knows how to take care of their repeat customers!”

“eWheels has been kind and responsive since I purchased my EUC 3 years ago. They have gone above and beyond for technical support, parts availability, and answering general Q&A. If you're going to buy an EUC, it's worth buying from eWheels. If/when you ever have trouble, eWheels will be there for support.”

“Personally I like these over the glove wrist guards I normally use or should I say I use to use. These are more comfortable and versatile. If your hands get cold you can wear a glove underneath. I can still wear my smart watch and see the data. I still also wear a mirror on my wrist. These feel durable even though they are plastic. If I were to fall i believe these would slid on pavement protecting my hands and wrist. It's a simple design, but it offers good protection, comfort and versatility.”

“As far as Ewheels as a company and service goes they are hands down the best place to purchase an euc and I speak from my personal experiences of having some sort of negative experience with any of the other vendors I’ve used in comparison to the customer service that’s providing by ewheels so it has been very clear to me who I should give my business to! These guys are the best in the business for making sure your taken care of with anything that u could need help with on tour EUC journey! I will only buy from ewheels now is all I should have to say lol”

“This was my first wheel purchase after riding my buddies older v12 and couldn’t be more happy with the level of service. Had a few questions that were answered promptly by the ewheels team and everything was shipped so professional ( forgot to take pictures of everything packed was too excited to open. ) would definitely order from them again when i go to make another wheel purchase!! The only thing that i will say is though i was a tad bummed they were out of stock of the seat kit for my v14 so i did get a shock instead but was hoping for the seat instead ( but will just have to wait till in stock and purchase), but again over all amazing service!”

“I always appreciate Ewheels and there awesome customer service. The only thing that is difficult as a unicyclist enthusisit is that buying one is a big risk. I just found my self in the unfortunate situation where I spent 2000 on a kingsong 16 pro to descover I prefer It far less then my v11. I understand that is the chance you take but if there was an easier way to try before you buy or have a more lenient return policy even if It was not a full refund that would help me buy with much more confidence in the future.”

“I ordered the Inmotion V12 HT unicycle twice from Amazon, and both times I received defective units. It was a terrible experience, and the refund process to close the deal was lengthy. However, when eWheels was recommended to me as an excellent store with superb service, I decided to take a chance for the third time. The eWheels managers answered all my questions, helped me choose, and offered several unicycle options. I ordered the Inmotion V12 PRO, which was delivered in perfect condition and arrived two days earlier than expected. Additionally, they included gloves, power pads and a seat in the package. I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied. Thank you! I will recommend this store to everyone as a team of professionals who know their business. Thank you!”
