“EWheels has fantastic customer service, the communication is great as well, very prompt and courteous if you need anything, despite the fact that there isn’t a phone number on the website- when I emailed them they literally responded in 2 minutes. I will 100% recommend them to anyone interested in buying a wheel and will be back when ready to add a new one to the stable! I bought the Begode T4, it arrived in only a few days in perfect condition, exactly as described on the website. They emailed a manual in advance and short video on how to take it out of transport mode. Also included wrist guards, a fast charger and air pump which I did not realize I even needed at first. So far I am loving this purchase. Unlike most EUC riders I have no background in any board sports. My gateway drug was an electric scooter that eventually led to a hand me down KS S16. After about 4 months of consistent progress I decided to go for my first suspension wheel. The T4 has proven to be a great choice for me. I’m 5’3 and the shorter stature of this wheel is perfect without compromise to power/speed and the suspension is incredible, so much better than what I was expecting, I can float down the rockiest of roads. She’s very stout compared to what I’m used to which has proven so far to actually be a little easier to ride but is still pretty nimble being a 16” wheel. In fact, there wasn’t that much of a learning curve going from a very small, non suspension 16” wheel to this one, I have picked it up after several days of practice, although I still ride quite slow since the confidence isn’t all there yet. This wheel is so much fun to ride! My advice to anyone who is as new as I am, get really good gear, falls are inevitable but don’t have to be bad and just ride in your comfort zone as long as you want.”

Hi Rebecca, thank you for your review! Once you get bit by the EUC bug, it can be hard to shake the addiction, haha. Great summary, and great advice for new riders. The T4 is sure to serve you well through many adventures :)

“Ewheels is the best in the biz, the support they offer, they respond immediately to emails, work with you to the best of their ability. I had a number of challenges to work through, buying my first wheel and trying to get my hands on a v11, but I'm so happy I went with a Master. They've given me discounts, pay for tires. due to inventory mishaps. when mistakes were made and always been friendly on the phone. If I ever have an issue with this, confident they'll come to the rescue.”

“E Wheels has a an excelent reputation ( I researched before I bought) and based on my experience with them, it is well deserved. Questions and orders were quickly responded to. I even received a refund that I had no idea was waranted. They also provided information that tthe manufacturer did not. I live on the opposite coast and was pleased with how smoothly shipping and response time went.”

“The entire process from pre ordering to receiving the Lynx was easy on my end to be honest. Im pretty new to EUC and this kept being the place to go and I hyped myself up and pulled the trigger. Communication from pre order to just before shipment when it got state side was great so I knew when to expect it and it was sent with the additional accessories immediately so I was bombarded with presents from fedex. Totally happy with my purchase and experience with ewheels and no doubt will do business in the future as I have no reason not to.”
