“Great company to deal with. There were many updates along the way about the status of my order and what to expect. They sent emails detailing setup and then followed up shortly after the new wheel arrived with some info about a small issue that some people were having along with a potential solution. The addition of pads and a seat for my new wheel were an awesome perk for pre-order as well.”

“Purchased an Inmotion V12 HS. Immediately upon completing my purchase I received emails confirming my order as well as how everything was to be shipped. Everything was shipped quickly and I received my order a day earlier than promised. I'm excited to learn how to ride an EUC and have logged a few miles on the V12 already. eWheels made the whole process of ordering very easy. I haven't had to contact support/customer service but if they are as efficient as they were during the ordering process then I have no doubt it would be 5 stars as well. Thank you eWheels for the great experience!”

“Fantastic experience buying my first EUC from eWheels. Got the KS 18XL. Ordered right before Christmas (during the crazy week when everything is shutting and slowing down, not vice versa). Received the wheel a few days later, long before New Years! Jason answered my admin questions basically right away. Wristguards came with the wheel, which was in perfect condition and has performed flawlessly. A neoprene wheel cover was complimentary and arrived a few days later. Taught myself how to ride within about a week of daily practice, and since then have been doing rides of many miles at a time. Only laid her down three times, all in that first week, and all at near zero speed. The shock pads I stuck onto the various extremeties of the wheel took all of the contact with the pavement. Gear up folks! It's the gear that gives you the confidence to practice all the moves you'll need. I definitely will be buying from eWheels again when I move up to my next wheel. I would highly recommend....they helped make the rather daunting prospect of buying this foreign device, that I knew practically nothing about how to use, into a positive and pleasurable experience. :))”

“My wife purchased the v3 Begode T4 from Ewheels for Christmas, I got to ride it on Christmas day for about a half hour and then discovered it wasn't charging. Ewheels customer service walked me through diagnosing and decided to ship the wheel back so they could fix it (they covered shipping!), turns out it was a bad charger and they provided a new one. I only have about 10km on the wheel thus far so I can't really review the wheel but my shopping experience and follow-up customer service have been next level. This is my third wheel purchased from Ewheels and I have consistently had this kind of customer service. They also fix any known issues with wheels before selling the product so you get a reliable UEC.”

Thanks so much for this 5-Star review! We really do try our best, and thankfully this was an easy fix. We probably should have checked the charger, but we always go above and beyond for our customers. Glad both of you like this new machine, the T4 is great and has been very reliable.

“Just recently was introduced to EUC’s by a friend of mine who let me practice on his small wheel. I instantly fell in love with the concept and decided to pick one up. He recommended eWheels, so I did some research and chose the Begode T4. The shipping was fast and accurate, and the EUC came in phenomenal packaging (plus a free kickstand). My first ride was amazing, can’t wait to ride more!”

“I ordered my first EUC on the evening of 12/28/23, expecting to receive it after the new year. After I submitted the order, I realized that I would also want one of the neoprene covers and power pads, so I ordered those separately. The folks at eWheels upgraded my shipping to priority overnight so that I would receive it BEFORE the holiday, and my V12 HT was received on 12/30/23. The cover and power pads also came separately, that same day. Day 3 of learning to ride, the kickstand broke on my V12. I ordered a new one. Then after submitting that order, ordered a universal EUC stand. The folks at eWheels refunded shipping for the V12 kickstand, and added it to the universal EUC stand package and shipped them out together. This kind of attention to customer detail is unique in most industries, and I am so grateful to feel that my (not insignificant) investment of over $2K for this PEV is going to a company whose people definitely seem to care about their customers. Thank you eWheels for conducting business in the way(s) that you do. I'll keep coming back to eWheels for all of my EUC needs! You have certainly made a consumer advocate out of me!”

“I’ve been dealing with eWheels since the beginning of my Euc hobby. Started off with the mten4 from Begode, then the INMOTION V14 and finally my Begode extreme which I got today. They respond quickly to my emails and have gotten my eucs here quickly. Highly recommend them”

“Ewheels has earned my trust as my go to company to by expensive eucs from. Other companies might beat them in terms of price, but it’s a trap, the benefits of buying from Jason and Eric FAR outweigh the $100 or even more you save from any alternative options. Their email replies are instantaneous. Their warranty service and customer service above and beyond even the best companies that sell ANY product, not just eucs. And the accessories they include for each wheel are well thought out and considerate. Some free inclusions I’m surprised at receiving that already make up for any difference in price it has against competitors. Jason and Eric don’t advertise the hidden benefits as they’re both extremely humble and generous people. Their reviews and reputation speaks for itself. There is no company I’ll rather trust with purchasing my $4k toy. Either by from ewheels or don’t buy a wheel at all!”

“Ordered a new Bogode Extreme on Dec 19, 2023. I picked up the unit next day and to my disappointment, they sent me a used unit by mistake. I call the company immediately and although they did not respond because it was after business hours, they immediately emailed me back. I explained what happened and they apologized and sent a brand new begode extreme within 2 business days. They took care of the mistake in a very timely and professional manner. I appreciate their quick response and correcting the situation. They also mailed me the upgraded shock set for the unit that was advertised on their website as part of the purchase. So overall eWheels has been professional and timely with all the transition. I actually have not had a chance to ride the unit yet, but i am confident that if i have any issues, they will be very helpful. So far I am pleased with the purchase and their professionalism. Thank you eWheels!”
