“I spent a couple of months researching which EUC I wanted and trying to decide where to buy it. The forums I read convinced me that eWheels was the way to go and I am glad I did! I asked questions before ordering, received prompt responses and my wheel was shipped with no issues. Got the bonus pedals and pads and was surprised to find wrist guards included with my v11 as well! Feeling pretty good about my experience so far knowing I can contact them for help and not wait on the manufacturer.”

“Keeping it simple. 1st time EUC purchase. Once the shipment of wheels arrived to port, they were inspected again for QC and sent to us. The Lynx, leg pads & seat came to my doorstep undamaged. Took 5 minutes to plug in the charger and another few minutes for the battery & BMS to reach a fully balanced top charge. So far, so good, looks like a great well built product and makes an excellent PEV addition to go along with my other Ebike & Esk8. Happy riding everyone! The future looks even brighter & more sunny with every new improvement in battery tech. Hopefully one day the tech can get us off the ground & water and let us fly as well. 8) I think it will happen one day!”

“3 weeks after purchasing my T4 I had a voltage issue due to my own negligence. Jason and Eric from e Wheels blew up my phone the following day after receiving my email explaining my dilemma. Jason actually called me to assist after a couple quick tests he decided to have me send it back and it is currently being repaired. The service is unbeatable, it's like they're trying to prove a point by being so attentive thanks again e Wheels and crew and even better at no charge!”

“The eWheels team might be the best in the EUC industry. I have purchases multiple wheels over the past few years from various companies, EUCs can be challenging due to quality control and wear; eWheels is different in that they will do there best to keep you rolling. You can by wheels from several places, eWheels stands apart when it comes to warranty support or simply repairing your wheel; can't say enough good things about these guys!”

“Unless they start giving wheels aways for free, eWheels couldn't really be better. They had the best price. Their response to my order (status update) was near instantaneous. Bonus, eWheels included extra necessary parts (power pads, wrist guards) to ensure my wheel was safe and comfortable out of the box. My wheel shipped the next day and showed up on time (1 week) with a full charge. Thank you eWheels for this great experience and postive first impression of the EUC community.”
