“I had a fantastic experience with EWheels, particularly with Eric and Jason. Despite living in Mexico City, they efficiently shipped the wheel to me. Their quick responses to my queries were impressive. Though there was a shipping delay, they promptly resolved the issue. Overall, I highly recommend EWheels for their excellent service.”

“Purchased an Inmotion RS from them a few weeks ago and received it in 4 business days which is apparently not the norm when ordering from most companies or the parent organization. Most importantly, the customer service was absolutely amazing. Jason has probably exchanged upwards of 40 emails with me answering all my questions as well as liaising with the manufacturer to make sure I can get a couple newly released parts for the scooter when available. Overall a fantastic experience.”

“I've been a client of ewheels since the Kingsong 16s was considered a performance wheel. Every interaction and ever purchase from the small (tubes/tires) to all 4 wheels has been fantastic. No other vendor that I know of has your back like ewheels, even doing a voluntary (at ewheels own expense) battery replacement for my RS as well as many other customer's gotway wheels when they felt the factory packs were not as safe as they should be. This is truly the definition of above and beyond. A huge thank you to Jason an Co!”

“Eric and Jason are SUPER responsive, I know if the machine came missing the wheel they'd be all over it and I'd have an entirely new machine sitting in my living room 2 day air. Probably even tell me keep the old one just to say sorry. That's how good their service is to me.”

“As an absolute beginner in electric sports devices, KingSong S18 gives me satisfaction. It is worth the money and brings me joy. No issue with the device, easy to set up. It would more better if eWheels had more accessories such as leg pads... Besides those factors, the customer service is beyond expectation.”

“Ewheels was fantastic. Fast responses to what I'm sure were dumb noobie questions. Never made me feel stupid. It was a great experience. Well packaged as nothing was damaged. And when I had more questions about the new wheel they were again prompt and non judgmental. Jason and Eric were both great.”

“horrible waranty service. Been a month and still now wheel. Refuse to send a new one. They blame the techincian for breaking the wheel, but they were sent videos of the defective parts and they sent new ones. The technican gave a detailed description of the defects and known issues with the wheel, the second technician concured and showed me his own pictures of the same issue happening. ewheels takes no accountability and puts all the blame on the mechanic. They refuse to replace the wheel, or do their job, just throw new parts at a lost cause and take no consideration as to how it affects the customer. Just say shit like we can't just keep replacing parts its expensive and then they want me to pay for half of the cost of repairing the wheel. Don't believe the sponsored bull you hear about this company being the best, it is most definitely not. I am just sick of emailing them and getting a this is on you response, or it will be taken care of half baked crap, at some point I just have to shed light on my experience.”
