“From when I placed the order, to pulling the wheel out of it's box and discovering it to me fully assembled, battery fully charged ready to ride, it was an inimitable experience. Ewheels are very attentive. They greeted and thanked me, updated me frequently, answered questions, and put together very useful information about the product. I can't say enough good things about shopping here Sam”

“Jason, Nick and the other team members at ewheels are top notch. I purchased my first EUC from ewheels back in 2018. My customer experience with ewheels has been fast response times, quality customer service, competitive pricing and solid product warranties. Let’s be honest, electric unicycles and scooters can be pricey. When a customer spends thousands of dollars on a non essential item I believe a certain level of customer service is warranted. I’d say the ewheels team understands the assignment and has risen to the challenge. I plan on buying all of my EUCs and accessories from ewheels in the future because they take care of their customers which is why they’re #1!”

“I bought a Begode Falcon. It arrived quickly and the package had no damage. They also gave me a replacement part for my old king song for free. They also sent an email containing the instruction for how to use the falcon. Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase.”

“Ewheels is great! I just bought the begode Falcon it is awesome. I was going to buy the blitz but I wanted to learn on a smaller suspension wheel before I bought the blitz and the Falcon is so so so much fun. I weight 235 and it still ripps. I had emailed ewheels before I made the purchase of the falcon asking about the blitz and they told me all I needed to know. I'm going to buy the blitz in the spring I really like begode wheels.”

“After buying the msp and learning on that wheel. It was stolen. I was without a wheel for about 3 years. I bought the et max. Both are amazing wheels, but I will say they aren't even in the same league. The et max is an absolute beast. The customer service at ewheels is unparalleled. Jason was quick to respond to any questions I had and made such a large purchase really comfortable. I'm a customer for life. Thank you ewheels. Love my new wheel.”

“The ewheels team is amazing, the quality control and attention to detail is incredible. They really do care about their customers and are riders too making it easy to communicate with them. The Begode Falcon arrived in perfect condition, fully charged, with everything I needed and then some. No problems, but I know if I ever have any, the team is ready and willing to help me through it. “First EUC I bought from eWheels went smoothly. Got GREAT instructions for quick start on the wheel. The guys take it personally and treat you like an individual. Great dialog with them via email, too (Nick and Jason so far.) I love the wheel and it came so quickly and in good shape. Will buy again!”

“Ewheels treats you like a sponsored rider representing their company. They are uniquely aware of what you mean to them as an embasador to their brand and industry, particularly as an electric unicycle rider. When answering the question "Where can I get one?", "eWheels" is always brought up. Outside of eWheels, the PEV industry can be a minefield. Conversely, I have personally seen eWheels represent customers warantee claims to manufacturers in ways that that the customer was not even aware they qualified for. EWheels customer satisfaction is beyond apprieciated in an industry where service is so critical. Recently, I busted my rim at my own fault on a group ride. EWheels was able to squeeze my work order in, on a busy monday, removing a rim from a boxed wheel, and shipped it out that same day! The rim arrived within 2 days of my service request, I was astonished! I had an EUC competition here in NYC, that I placed first in, I could have missed out on it otherwise had I not had that level of speedy, hastle free service. Ewheels has been using their influence, and industry leverage to push manufacturers to produce the safer and higher quality EUC designs you see today, making your purchase with them more meaningful and impactful on the industry as a whole. The line of communication goes directly to the manufacturers, and you are a part of the feedback loop. Many of top testers stateside are paired with eWheels for their reviews, and the EUC demonstrations in your areas are likely sponsored by eWheels, they are heavily invested in the community, the industry growth as a whole, and keeping us riding with confidence.”

“The eWheels guys are high class. I’m the type who has never been good with mechanics, which a lot of folks will say is necessary to get into the sport of electric unicycles. Not true. The electric unicycles that I have purchased from eWheels have all been worth every penny and then some. Whenever you buy any vehicle that takes you from point A to point B, there will be parts that eventually wear out and need replacing. But these guys have shown me through their honesty, fairness, and patience with me that they are certainly a cut above. Jason, the owner, runs an exceptional business. He’s got a strong work ethic, provides outstanding customer support and as a business owner myself, I have no idea how he manages to hire such top notch employees... His employee, Nick, answers most of my questions (through email) and I only have very positive things to say about him. He’s extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and I much appreciate his patience in dealing with my own frustrations over the lack of my own mechanical skills. But the good news is that the prices you pay to have any repairs done by eWheels are very reasonable. The bottom line is that they want you as a loyal customer and they know that the only way they can ever do that is by treating you right. Hands down, these guys are the gold standard and if you ask around online (for example with the Electric Unicycle Forum) those folks will tell you the same. Thank you eWheels for your outstanding service, please don’t ever change because you have me as your lifetime customer!”

“Ewheels is the very best this industry can provide. Jason is the pillar of this small niche community of ewheels and he has never disappointed me personally as a person and also as a business owner. He believes in his quest to provide the very best and he's been exceptional in his quest. I believe in his service and has been his customer since my day one which now is about six yrs ago. Ewheels, at this point, should now be the standard where people compares services to because Jason sets a good example of how to conduct a business in this industry. “2+ years after my initial purchase, ewheels has continued to support my well-used machine. For a wheel that has taken me over 6000 miles, it has needed only small routine maintenance. For that, ewheels support has been helpful and prompt, making it easy to get the parts and advice I need to do the fix. Recommend both the company and the product!”
