“I've got to give five stars to eWheels! The Sherman L is an amazing wheel, it's had time to become what it is. But even a leaperKim wheel can have unprojected rare issues, and that's exactly what happened to me. This gave me the opportunity and privilege to really see the integrity eWheels has when dealing with these difficult customer care cases. Both Jason and Nick made me feel like I was their only customer, I really don't know how the two of them do it. Their communication and replies were so prompt I was able to seamlessly troubleshoot to eventually getting a walk through on how to get under the hood of this wheel, and resolving the issue. They displayed compassion for my situation of being on a vacation dedicated to touring with the wheel and bent over backwards to make sure I was able to continue with my plans. Jason was even ready to get me a replacement if needed. That is hands down top of the line customer service. To have a seller like that in a sport like EUC is a blessing.”

“I’ve dealt with ewheels on several occasions and I have nothing but good things to say. Whether it was purchasing a new wheel or sourcing parts or a service request or a warranty claim. They always went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the service provided. Most recently they helped push LK to release a much needed firmware update for my Sherman L. 100% recommend them.”

“Just upgraded from my Inmotion e20 to an Inmotion V9. I purchased my V9 from ewheels, which I found out about from reading about warranty and service after the sales on EUC's, and everything I read about ewheels is right. I would like to thank everybody a ewheels ya'll have been very nice and informative to me and have not made me feel stupid for asking all my question and have answered them. If and when I need another or possible and upgraded EUC this is where I will come.”

“The folks at eWheels are always responsive and helpful, and do their best to assist with issues or troubleshooting, even if you are the secondhand owner of a wheel originally purchased from them. The only thing that would prevent me from buying more of the 'basics' from eWheels, is their minimum $15.99 delivery fee (regardless of size of part in my experience).”

“A friend suggested eWheels for good prodcuts and customer service- he was right. A lot of support on the site for my first EUC. Shipping was easy and the videos helpful in setting the wheel up. The thing is a blast!”
