“Anytime I email or send a message from the website, I get a prompt response from Jason. I really appreciate the customer service at eWheels and it’s the reason I keep coming back. I’ve purchased six wheels over the past six years, all from eWheels. Each of them has provided soooo much fun. It’s become a way of life. Don’t hesitate to buy from them. Jason will be there after the sale. Buy a wheel and join the movement!”

“Ewheels is awesome! Last year I bought the veteran Sherman Maxx and I think it was still on the boat. They got it to me ASAP. I just bought the V12 high torque and it showed up on 3 days. They even gave me a deal on spike pedals. Highly recommend them!”

“Best in the business! They go above and beyond for any support you may need. They want to see everyone genuinely enjoy their experience from start to finish. Historically, they have even paid out of pocket to correct situations they had no fault in (like the Begode battery recall). This kind of activity not only benefits their customers but the advancement of PEVs as a whole! Highly recommend!”

“Good experience with eWheels through the purchase of two different EUCs. Good email communication and updates around pre-orders and they were quick to refund another order when I became concerned about some of the feedback on that product.”

“I have purchsed 2 EUCs from ewheels. Transactions and communication have been excellent. So far no need for maintenance or service, but that's the idea, right? Deposits have been properly applied and shipping and other peripherals have been flawless. I'll keep shopping with them for sure.”
