“I Love Ewheels they have Great Customer Service and Great Prices with a huge selection of wheels. You can tell they care about their customers. I love how they are willing to work with you on payments/deposits they are just all around Great people. I love my Inmotion V13 im already thinking about buying another EUC from them. Ewheels Rock!!!”

“Recently purchased a mten4 that was on backorder. When I wanted updates on eta, I always got responses quickly. When I changed my order, it was done quickly, and my new order was sent out the next day. You can't ask for more from a company.”

“Love my pads as an option for riding. I attached them with hook-and-loop fastening tape. This way I can choose to ride with or without them. They arrived super fast!”

“Over all the quality of service is exceptional and when I need help it’s usually somewhat easy to get in contact with ewheels team/Jason and the issue is resolved. My only gripe is seeing a pic on website that shows street tire portrayed on wheel. Double checking just to make sure the one I’m buying has a street tire by asking then it arrives with off-road tire… but there helping me get resolved so after I’m able to change it out then no complaints from me.”

“One of the best companies I've ever interacted with. They were quick to provide me with lots of info before buying my KingSong S22 Pro. Unfortunately, my EUC had a few issues, but eWheels has been taking care of me every step of the way toward getting it resolved. Their customer service has been very timely and kind. “For you folks that are new to electric vehicles for play or transportation This Is The place To Buy. I'm Joe average up in the North Cascade mountains of Northwest Washington always looking for something new and fun. These folks "Ewheels"will take care of you. Especially if you're like me and concerned about making a big purchase like this online and or doing it for a product that you've never seen before and worried that it might not even get to your house.. rest assured my friends that are looking for fun these guys will take care of you the whole way through rare customer service and it's because I've seen their work in long hours and they're working hard. Ewheels does take the time out for You. I Heard reviews like this and now I'm writing one. Anybody out there has any questions for me by all means give me a holler I'll tell you if you call me or ask me great experience great products they got your back 💯”

“I had a GREAT experience with eWheels from start to finish! I never had to wait long for a response to my emails, and they answered all of my questions. I am new to EUC's, so you can imagine I had quite a few questions. I couldn't be happier with the wheel, or the customer service! As long as you are polite, and patient (you don't really need patience because these guys are ON IT!) they will treat you right! They earned any of my future business and I highly recommend them!”

“I bought my first EUC from eWheels and was so satisfied that I bought my second there as well. The customer service was not just what I expected it was MORE than I expected and that is very rare. Quick response all the time, very dedicated staff. Don't ask me what they could do better, I just don't have an answer!”
