“Jason and Eric are always so kind and helpful. The little extra bonuses they throw in are always welcome, such as the extra tire they threw in with my MTen4, and the discount for the extra charger and seat for my V13. Those little things have won over my loyalty. I'm really hoping the experience is just as positive when I need support with the wheels.”

“I waited a year almost to write this to make sure it was as good as it seemed at first. But I have nothing but good reviews to say about the scooter. It goes fast enough for around town and doing errands and the battery. Life is great. I’m coming from an electric skateboard and it’s so much easier and safer. The other thing I noticed is that I didn’t use it much through the winter and the battery is staying right at 100%. I know I should be using it at least a few times but I didn’t get a chance to but the battery seems to be doing great. The size is perfect for being able to take into a store. Yep there’s bigger faster scooters out there but this one’s pretty good all around as far as functionality around town. I didn’t have any warranty issues so I didn’t have to deal with Luna but they seem to be pretty responsive and I’m glad I bought it from them.”

“I just bought my first EUC and wow, is this amazing. I also need to rave about the customer service. Our EUCs shipped quickly and arrived on time. Their customer service has a quick turnaround time. I had a part snap off of my EUC and they expedited the part so I can be sure to keep rolling. Thank you!”

“Have bought a scooter and two EUC's with ewheels and have had excellent customer service. Have not had any major issues with the devices and any of the minor concerns were very quickly resolved. They have the best customer service I've seen, responses are super quick, even during off hours at times and I have been a very happy customer. I plan on continuing to purchase my wheels through them as I upgrade. I will continue to promote them wherever I can as well for other folks that ask. Keep up the good work Jason and team!”

“My first EUC is/was a Segway Ninebot Z10, and I love it. However, if you run into any issues with the Z10, forget it. There's no support. Finding replacement parts is a dubious task. Unfortuantely I only learned this after making my Z10 purchase a little more than a year ago. After learning this, I've only wanted to deal with a reputable US dealer that stands behind the products they sell, and eWheels hasn't let me down yet. I've been nothing but happy with the service and treatment I've received. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Thanks, Jason!”
