“Customer support was very communicative during the pre-order timeframe and did a great job of updating with any major changes to the shipping out of my inmotion V13. (communication in regards to bolt issues and the subsequent remediation of these issues). They are a very friendly and helpful company and I would happily order from them again in the future.”

“eWheels has earned my loyalty! I ordered a scooter that didn't turn on reliably and they exchanged it for a new one with zero hassle. I ordered an S22 Pro and they delayed shipping to figure out some noise issue and made sure it was 100% before shipping. I had some questions they answered very quickly via email and kept me updated on what was going on and when they expected to ship. I couldn't ask for better service and support.”

“I got my v13 and it was ready to ride As soon as they got it they change the v13 default bolt with care no scratch on the wheel Did not received the non suspention hardware but they are sending them to me in a different shipping They reply to your concerns with ease and make shure of your satifaction I bought and will again do business with ewheel in the futur I invite you to try you wont regret...i am from canada quebec and still i get serve like a neighbor Ewheel thanks guys! 5 thumbs up😇🤪”

“Would give a 4.5 if I could. Bought a seat and fast charger for my V11. Both were in excellent condition and a good deal. Shipping was fast. The only issue was there was nothing in the box except the items. Would have been nice to have some kind of instructions for the charger. Experienced EUC owners might not need directions, but as a newbie, I wanted to make sure I didn't blow up my battery pack. EWheels will still be one of the top places I look to buy EUC items.”
