We pride ourselves in battery safety here at eWheels. We started with the LiTech packs, and now we always try to opt for the Samsung 40Ts when we can. Most of our older wheel offerings have Molicel battery packs. We're not sure who you are, but we really appreciate this review!

“Hi all, I was really surprised when I bought my V11 from Ewheels. The staff is the best ever. They were very clear and very helpful in everything from purchasing to service and repair. I was so impressed I bought a second Wheel the V12. And planned to get the V13 very soon. From beginner to experienced this is the go to supper store.”

“I ordered a Kingsong 16XS from eWheels about a year ago. It has been the most fun I've had in a long time! (59 y/o) I've put on 1925 miles in that time, riding to work and back, trails, streets (low traffic), and even down to 35 °F in winter. eWheels got my machine to me speedy quick and I have had absolutely no problems with it! I've been wanting to ride for longer distances with other riders, but didn't have a fast charger to keep up with others. I ordered one from eWheels and they had it to me in record time! Like my wheel, absolutely no problems! I can't say enough good things about eWheels. Worth your time to buy from them!”

“Hands-down the best customer service I've ever experienced from a company, and that's 3 years running. I've purchased several EUCs and my wife's scooter from eWheels, and will continue to do business with them. They are always prompt with correspondence and go above and beyond the call of duty. Good luck to any other EUC company out there trying to top these guys. You'll need it and a lot of hard work! Keep up the great work eWheels!!! “Received with no issues other than there are no instructions nor recommendations on charging. Would’ve been nice to have come with some type of instructions and warnings to before using. Now I’m going to have to take the time to look it up myself.”

“Purchased my fourth PEV from this company and will use them exclusively for future EUC purchases. The team are very knowledgeable about the devices they sell and have always guided me towards the right vehicle. I've purchased parts and needed advice on installation and maintenance. They were on top of it and gave me the impression that they knew what they were talking about. I have used one other pev dealer and my experience with them was not nearly as positive as it is with ewheels USA. The wheel itself, the Patton, I love it. It has good range for what it is Suspension is so smooth. The feed back fron the wheel while riding is engaging. Feels good to just ride around. I don't feel the need to push it hard. It doesn't take a lot of effort to get it moving. Set up out of the box was very easy. Pad set up was intuitive. Fitted my usual style of riding without much fiddling with the pads. It also looks really good.”

“On point customer support and knowledge of there products. They gave great advice on how to go about learning to use the V13 considering it was my first wheel.. took me a bit to learn and got discouraged, but trust keep trying and dontt get discouraged because it's possible and the feeling of riding is priceless. The day I learned to ride at the park in a dirt road.(vid)”

“I have now worked with eWheels and Jason on my 3rd EUC and love the customer support they have provided while navigating the PEV and EUC markets. I now have a Kingsong 16x, Kingsong S22, and now Inmotion V11 and the new V11 is one of my favorite wheels as it is light, nimble, and has very plush suspension! I highly recommend eWheels as the best U.S.-based PEV, or EUC company to purchase your new wheel from.”
