“I live in the USA and I used ewheels to purchase my inmotion v12hs. It was super quick I had questions and concerns about my wheel and an issue I was hearing about. The customer support got back with me via email and answered my question with picture proof.”

“A brief comment about the Ewheels company is that I purchased two V11 models separately, both had defects. The first one I purchased had a inner tube valve problem that I had to repair myself. The second had a USB connection problem. Hopefully you gents get it together.”

“I Love Ewheels they have Great Customer Service and Great Prices with a huge selection of wheels. You can tell they care about their customers. I love how they are willing to work with you on payments/deposits they are just all around Great people. I love my Inmotion V13 im already thinking about buying another EUC from them. “Love my pads as an option for riding. I attached them with hook-and-loop fastening tape. This way I can choose to ride with or without them. They arrived super fast!”

“Over all the quality of service is exceptional and when I need help it’s usually somewhat easy to get in contact with ewheels team/Jason and the issue is resolved. My only gripe is seeing a pic on website that shows street tire portrayed on wheel. Double checking just to make sure the one I’m buying has a street tire by asking then it arrives with off-road tire… but there helping me get resolved so after I’m able to change it out then no complaints from me.”

“One of the best companies I've ever interacted with. They were quick to provide me with lots of info before buying my KingSong S22 Pro. Unfortunately, my EUC had a few issues, but eWheels has been taking care of me every step of the way toward getting it resolved. Their customer service has been very timely and kind. “For you folks that are new to electric vehicles for play or transportation This Is The place To Buy. I'm Joe average up in the North Cascade mountains of Northwest Washington always looking for something new and fun. These folks "Ewheels"will take care of you. Especially if you're like me and concerned about making a big purchase like this online and or doing it for a product that you've never seen before and worried that it might not even get to your house.. rest assured my friends that are looking for fun these guys will take care of you the whole way through rare customer service and it's because I've seen their work in long hours and they're working hard. Ewheels does take the time out for You. I Heard reviews like this and now I'm writing one.
