“I always wait a little to see how the product is and the how the company supports the product and (in-turn) their customer. I have to say, I can't find a single issue with E Wheels. Purchasing is great with all of the options for payment and the items are clearly described in every technical aspect. If you have a question, they have a clear answer. Have a problem with your purchase? No questions, just solutions. The technical team gets the problem resolved and gets you back on the commute. I can only ride one at a time, but someday I'll look to make another purchase and I know where I'm going. E Wheels has a long-term customer.”

“I recently purchased a Gotway Tesla from ewheels. Love the website its not too much but not too little info, just enough. I got my wheel in a matter a few days. Unfortunately my tire went flat the first day I got it, but I reached out to ewheels and they respond to my email by the next hour and gave me ideas on how to go about it. I sealed the hole and everything was great... I then went on the site to order spare inner tubes just in case .. and got an email the next day saying the refunded me back the money for the inner tubes. super sweet of them to cover the cost! if I had known I would've purchased a few more things! haha JayKay!,. all in all, very professional site and personable. refreshing!! I will only shop on this site for sure.”

“Great place to buy a wheel!!! I’m in the Roc NY and could’ve found a dealer in the city but I had heard too many good things about eWheels and sure enough Jason and Drew helped me every step of the way and it was shipped a couple hours after purchasing!!”

“Fantastic customer service! The best place to buy ANY electric vehicle and acccessories. Jason has a reputation for excellent service, knowledge and quick response communication. Many companies selling Chinese goods won’t communicate or offer decent service after they make a sale. E Wheels has my trust and can count on future purchases because of a stellar reputation.”

“I have had a very positive experience with Jason and the team at eWheels purchasing a King Song 18XL. Being my first EUC ,I had questions which were answered promptly. A nice set up email was sent outlining what app to use and how to set up the wheel. Shipping info was provided and the wheel was delivered on time. I would recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a PEV to contact eWheels!”

“The team at eWheels is nothing short of amazing. They where in constant contact with me from the moment I placed the order. As soon as my order was shipped they sent me an email detailing everything I needed to know for the use (Apps, Training Videos, etc.) Of my new Electric Unicycle. Any questions I had were immediately answered. I could not be happier with my experience with eWheels”

“I bought an e-scooter and they were really fast and supportive. Could improve the quality control before shipment though. Unfortunately, on receive, the dashboard screen was shattered and the grip strips were not placed in the platform. Once I reached out to their customer support, they promptly sent me a replacement for both items. It is good to have local support from California.”
