“The EUC and trolly handle was shipped very fast at an incredible price. Ewheels is the only company that offers mten3 at such affordable price, with upgraded pedals and adding an extra wrist guard. I have been waiting for this wheel to come in cheaper configurations, and ewheels provide the best product/service for the money.”

“Pretty happy for the most part. I recieved my KingSong 18xl with an unbalanced tire. Jason was very responsive & had me try a "at home" fix which didn't work. Instead he had me send it in for repairs which corrected the issue. I wasn't pleased at having to pay shipping to have it repaired as it wasn't shipped to me initially in correct working order, but they did fix it in a timely manner. I will purchase my wheels from them in the future, but I would hope than they reconsider their policy of charging return shipping on an item received in a faulty condition. Maybe a 60 or 90 day window?”

“Received MTen3 in 3days from eWheels. Super customer service!! New wheel is mucho different than my V5F! Much more sensitive and you have to balance it out and adjust pedal level. Manual sucks and had to watch some You-tube vids to figure it out. Updated app is OK. Experimented with soft, medium and hard ride settings and for now am using soft. Hard to find what each setting means? Bonus feature discovered. New button by handle which disengages motor when lifted. Work in progress for me cause of differences compared to my 14” wheel which I can use pretty handily now. Think over time MTen3 will be great for riding around neighborhood. Not really a commuter wheel. Recommend that eWheels translate or make a short instruction manual for this model and any other Gotway products if they continue to sell the line. Just my 2 cents😜”

“Got my Kingsong 14D about a month ago, but have been limited to weekend self-training, as my work schedule has been ridiculous and I was awaiting the arrival of Daylight Saving time to finally get some weekday after work hours training in. First of all, let me echo what everyone else has said: Jason and the team at eWheels are awesome to work with! Their patience, quick response and great tips have all been invaluable to me in getting started. After a good 10-15 hours of practice, I am finally comfortable with this awesome wheel, but admittedly have to work on my sidewalk transition and turning skills before I take it into Washington, DC for my final 2 miles to work from the subway, with no more waiting on the bus (post COVID-19 lock-down and the end of my teleworking schedule,m of course). One of the initial challenges in training was not knowing about calibrating and once that was complete, it was game on! Kingsong has made an awesome gadget at a reasonable price point and you won't be disappointed. This thing has plenty of speed and I don't see myself wanting to do over 20 mph anytime soon. It's easy to maneuver, provides a good body-toning workout when carrying the close to 30 pounds of tech, and If I may offer a piece of advice, even though these wheels are built to take spills on the concrete, if you can locate a middle or high school with a rubber track, any spills will feel better on your body and your wheel won't suffer any scratches. Take advantage of the kids being out of school and practice on their tracks or artificial turf fields. Get your helmet, knee and elbow pads and be sure to check out your model (and other models) on YouTube by the guys and gals who got a head start in discovering these awesome technological machines; you will learn a lot from them. Don't rush your learning and don't give up; it will become natural and easy before you know it. Safety and common sense first and happy gliding!”

“I just was able to take my Turbowheel Swift for a ride around my work parking lot. It was so much fun and fast. I really enjoyed it. Jason from e wheels is awesome. I had a problem with a part that broke during shipping. I emailed home with photos and he very quickly sent me a new part. I really appreciate e wheels and I absolutely love my scooter. 😁”

“Excellent customer support. I made a mistake and forget to order some needed extras. No problem, Jason sent out the extras free of charge to make sure I had best experience possible. Have now purchased 2 EUCs from ewheels for my kids and plan on purchasing a 3rd for myself. Wouldn’t purchase from anyone else.”

“I purchased the gotway msx 84v after much research, as my first electric unicycle. Unsure where to buy from in north america. I took the advice of the youtubers I was watching, and ordered from ewheels.com. I'm glad I did, this has been one of the best experiences I've had ordering from an online store. I broke the fender that came with my wheel, jason sent me a new one, no questions asked. Even though the break was probably my fault. I highly recommend ewheels.com.”
