“Fast service with clear communication regarding shipping schedules. I ordered some accessories 2 days after they shipped my wheel, and they waived the shipping cost as if it were part of my initial order. It wasn't necessary, but appreciated! A very positive first experience with eWheels.”

“Very awesome customer support . I realized after placing my order that my address was wrong. Emailed them and got a response from Jason almost immediately correcting my error. Order processing was quick and shipped on the same day it was processed. Would highly recommend buying from Ewheels.”

“The folks at eWheels we’re very helpful, courteous and responsive to my questions and order process. Once I placed the order, shipping was quick and received tracking info, as well as a detailed email on what to expect once I had the wheel and start up process. Definitely recommend!”

“Very useful cover! fit perfectly and protects the board! I had a few falls and it still looks brand new! Moreover, if you're a repeating customer they give you discount on shipping! My only concern is when the summer comes.. if it the wheel will heat up too much!”

“Best Customer Service EVER! My husband and I ordered a KS16X and placed a deposit on the Gotway MSX Pro. We had several questions regarding our purchases and needed some technical assistance. Both Jason and Zen were super responsive, quickly responding to all of our correspondence and even sending us links to videos we might find helpful. In this day and age of customer-no-service, the eWheels team is a breath of fresh air! Now we are busy having a great time learning to ride our EUC and hoping to share our great eWheels experience with friends — and start an ewheels gang in our town!”
