“So recently buying the swift after weeks of research. I can definitely say that I’m not disappointed at all in any way! I’ve already put 50 miles on it and it’s performing up to par with what is advertised. So far at 170lb I can hit 24mph on a flat at full charge and evens out at 23mph once the ride goes further on. The range so far and battery is awesome I was really weary of the range but after riding on mode 3 (which is the highest speed 24mph) I was able to travel on a 13 mile trip and back with 3bars left over. Keep in mind I wasn’t riding at 23 for the whole duration. In real world in NoVa with the traffic and hills the battery is amazing, keep in mind that you will be cruising along if you’re aware of other cars and vehicles on the road along with pedestrians. Suspension is really nice you feel it on bigger bumps as for small ones they’re dampened out by the air tire in the front. I haven’t bottomed out on it so those riding in the heavier side should be fine til the high 190 range. The air filled front had me worried at first but with slime as a safety measure everything should be good to go on a flat tire. The rear Solis is definitely good even rode in the rain and the traction is pretty good for wet riding. Brakes are superb considering that all other models have only one. Riding this in the rain made me realize the appreciation for the two brakes. Overall satisfied! I only regret not getting the fast charger for less charge times haha!”

“Plus about the Stigo B1 e-bike it rides pretty smooth, but struggling with back tire issues, and wire connection, just recieved might have disconnected wire to my motor., hopefully the manufactor will help., overall can be a fun bike to ride, just a few things need to be improved on.”

Every issue I had was quickly addressed. And when I bought additional pedals to customize my ride, I accidentally ordered 2 sets. They were thorough enough to catch my error. “ewheels has been great - really quick responses to questions, and get the feeling they really care about this product and their customers. if one does the research, the prices here are the best, considering all you get from a solid merchant. the only reason I'd buy from anywhere else at this point is if ewheels didn't carry what I was looking for, but even then? I'd still hesitate to buy a wheel elsewhere. Great experience, really good communication, and a brand new piece of exciting technology delivered in 4 days? very nice”

“Just bought my King Song 16x wheel from these folks! They shipped it out immediately and it was on my door step w/i a few days. “Jason kept me updated on the purchase of my 18XL while waiting for manufacture delivery. Just before delivery, sending a getting started email with information such as which mobile app to use, etc.. Practiced the basics for a couple days and on day three was riding most anywhere I wanted.”

“Amazing fast shipping. I paid. Next day the item was shipped. The installation process and putting all the breaks and dials in place took about an hour. I live on a 2nd floor. Carrying 76lb is a serious workout. I’m 6’ 180lb. One thing the scooter doesn’t have a good grip when carrying up the stairs. The stem doesn’t lock at the closed position so I can’t use that as a handle while grinding 2 floors, so I have to keep it up. The performance is insane! I haven’t figured out the LED situation on the scooter I wish it came with broader user manual. As I’m still researching all the caveats and options of the scooter. For this price point I would expect some sort of front light or a usb charger for the phone. There isn’t much space on the handle bars for Accessories. The key socket mounted on this metal ring that doesn’t get fixed in place like the breaks or the odometer, which was little strange for me. This would be my first escooter going from the razor kick scooter I’m still using to and from the car. Anyone slightly shorter and lighter perhaps should look into lighter scooters. This would be my long range option. I wanted a scooter and I got a missile. Speed junkies would love it.”
