“Purchased a fast charger for my inMotion v10f and it works awesome! It’s also used for the 84v gotway wheel so when I ride with Zen and the Euc Las Vegas group we can charge other wheels as well... Thank Jason and Zen!”

“I bought a used v10 from OfferUp that only came with the slow charger so I purchased the rapid charger from ewheels. It was in possession 2 days earlier then I thought and the customer service from ewheels has been too notch”

“After months of looking at scoots and reading online reviews, we finally bought two Swifts for the family to use (two teens and two adults). Upon arrival, one of the scooters kept shutting off, and after a quick back and forth with EWheels, they sent me a prepaid label and I sent it back while they sent a replacement the same day: really great service and response time, even if it was a bummer. As for the scooter: it is bigger and better built than I thought it looked in the picture. Its actually really impressive. The dual shocks on the rear work well, and the pneumatic front tire with small spring shock work okay, though I see why bigger tires equals a better ride. The Swift is plenty powerful, and I even had my neighbor try it out because they have the ninebot max, and they said it has a lot more power than theirs. Although I wouldn't want any more power for my two teen girls, I wouldn't mind a bit more power for myself, as we live in a really hilly area and it does slow down going up the big hills (I guess I'll have to look at the lightning for myself). The scooter's lights are totally adequate, though it doesn't have the fancy light effects of the 9, but for $200 less, it was a good choice. The breaking is great, another benefit over my neighbors ninebot max, and I'm glad that it has dual mechanical breaks to go with the regen brake. Overall, we are happy with it; I'm not totally sure how the real world range is, though my daughter did take it a couple of miles to her friend's house and back and it's still reading full charge. Thanks again for the great customer service. Update: after a couple weeks with them, we really like them. They easily go the 10 miles of hilly bike paths we bought them for with juice to spare. The rear shocks soften up a little too much for a 175lb rider, but are still better than no shocks, and they are perfect for the two teens. They do die on steep hills, but all single motor scooters do, from what I hear. The only other thing to say is that its way better than our neighbors ninebot max. Faster, peppier, better range, and shocks...”

“Jason is very responsive with emails so there isn't much worry about problems. Prior to buying, I emailed eWheels with questions about the different wheels, specific the ks16x and ksq8xl. He was quick to respond to the questions without being biased or pressing for a quick sale. Post purchase, Jason also helped address some concerns about the king song app.”

“Bought a King song 16x from ewheels and the transaction was awesome. They answered several pre-purchase questions through emails and even canceled a previous order I had placed with a prompt refund. Excellent customer service! And getting quality free wrist guards thrown in was nice touch. A little advice if you are new to electric unicycles, protect your investment with gaffers tape during the learning phase. It has paid off.”

“Ok, I've waited for a few months to do an official review. I purchase the speedway 5 and this thing is pretty amazing. I was looking for something that can go fast enough and still be safe. If you are looking for an alternative way of transportation. Uber rides keep adding up. Public transportation is too crowded and ultimately disgusting. Then this scooter is a great choice. I travel 24 miles a day to work. Taking side streets, bike lanes, and sometimes the main streets. The suspensions are good. When riding over (small) bumps, holes, and gravel they aren't really noticeable. But, when you go over larger holes or objects you need to brace yourself. I recommend upgrading the factory suspensions to a more durable one if you are traveling more off-road. The adjustable seat is really comfortable and another reason why I purchased this scooter. But, the downfall is that the adjustable bar part of the seat keeps breaking off. I was under warranty so they sent me another one. But, the second one broke as well. I'm still able to ride but can't adjust the seat anymore. Other than that the speed is great! If you want to cruise at 10mph you can do that. If you want to get somewhere quickly, you can hit a top speed of 38mph. When reaching up to your top speed it gets a little unstable, and unsafe. Hovering between 28-33 mph seems to be the safe zone when riding. Here are my pros and cons about the speedway 5 Pros Speed Battery life Brake Lights Durability Suspension Brakes Seat w/adjustment Long-range Charging time quick Horn Turn Signals (kinda weak) Cons Top speed unsafe ( use your head ) Front lights (need to be higher for others to see you coming) Seat ( adjustable bar breaks often) Overall I would give this scooter a 4.7 out of 5”

“As an experienced EUC rider, I had to do some research before purchasing my next wheel, but I didn't have to shop around to decide where to buy it. Jason at eWheels.com is an EUC advocate; working with manufacturers to improve their products, helping with app development, and supporting the industry as a whole. I ordered my new wheel on Sunday night and received it Tuesday afternoon -- and with a free pair of wrist guards.”

“I ordered a second wheel from eWheels shortly after my first purchase arrived. The second wheel arrived very quickly (this time, the wheel was in-stock and did not have to wait to get shipped from China). In addition, eWheels threw in a bonus rapid charger, which works wonderfully! I really appreciate the level of service that eWheels provides as my "customer advocate" when dealing with a manufacturer based in a far-away country. I'll definitely be buying from eWheels again.”

“I had a minor manufacturer-related issue with my new wheel (Kingsong had forgotten to add the serial number of my 16x to their internal database, and the wheel was locked until the entry was made). eWheels customer service was very responsive when I reached out, and they reached out to the manufacturer directly on my behalf to get the issue resolved. However, after the issue was resolved, I was not notified until several days later when I reached back out to check the status. But again, eWheels was very responsive to my second inquiry, and the problem was solved. Jason was also very helpful in assisting me with troubleshooting while we waited for the response from the manufacturer.”
