“Ewheels is my go to euc store in America! I only trust ewheels because I’ve always been treated beyond fairly and other places have forgotten who I was when I showed up for a scheduled appointment lol! They always include something free and are fast to give a discount or save you some money on shipping . Their customer service is impeccable.”

“eWheela is the only place I would ever buy an EUC from. I’ve purchased 3 wheels from Jason, and any time I’ve had an issue he’s gone above and beyond to help me out. He continues to support his wheels and customers beyond just the warranty period, and really cares about taking care of his customers. I really can’t recommend them enough. “Best price I could find for these. Arrived fairly early with all the parts. I've installed them and they've been a nice edition for my Inmotion v12. A thing to note, however, and it's probably Inmotions fault, these pedals originally were marketed for the V11 even tho they say you can use them with the v12. So the included spacers are set for the v11 only. The spacers in this kit don't work with the v12. There is too much play. If you get these for a v12, you'll need to find thicker spacers. Or take one of the old v12 spacers and file/sand it down until it fits with included spacers. So I have 2 spacers on the rear heel end of my pedals and one on the front toe end. I may swap them.”

“I ordered the inmotion v12 and it was delivered in a timely manner. The wheel was in great condition and has been an amazing wheel. I had one issue with the wheel, but it was resolved quickly with the help of customer service. The eWheels team answers concerns quickly through email. I will be ordering more wheels in the future from them!”

“I ordered an Inmotion V11 on August 17 along with pedals and pads. On October 5, I ordered a seat, after watching YouTube videos of people seated ring on a V11. I asked if it could be sent along with the rest of the order, thinking that it would all be delivered in another month. To my surprise, it was sent out the next day and arrived one day later! All three accessories were in the same box and E-Wheels refunded my delivery fee for the seat! This is a much better service than I expected. Thank you, E-Wheels.”

“This is my 2nd purchase from ewheels. My first purchase was the Sherman V2 EUC. Top quality customer service. No song. No dance. Just the facts. If they can't do something, they're upfront. If you want the handholding no problem. If you just want to click, click, click, and done. There's that also. For those purchasing these E-products, you need this type of retailer to back you up not screw you. I'll be back to purchase my Sherman-S.”

“eWheels is a class act all the way and future euc purchases will be with them. The beg/nik+ is my first wheel and after about 100 miles as a first time rider I feel comfortable/confident enough to commute to work and run errands around Chicago.”

“The service is great. I've always had prompt and great responses to ANY questions I've had concerning EUCs. I've purchased two wheels from EWheels, and I bought one from a friend, who bought it from EWheels. I ordered two more from them, even though they had the wheels I wanted were on another website. I ordered two sets of honey comb pedals and they called me to ensure I didn't order two sets thinking that only one came in each package; good looking out guys. Keep up the great work.”

“Customer service here is awesome. The folks at eWheels do care about the customer which is important when you are spending a lot of money on fun toys! Any issues I have had, or questions I have had have been promptly handled and answered. The issues I have had are very minor and were immediately taken care of. Shipping times are great and the Vsett scooters I ordered (9 and 10+) have been awesome so far. All of my communication with the company has been via email and 90% of the responses come back within an hour, sometimes a little more.”

“This is my third purchase from ewheels. The guys are really good. They ship the product fast. If anything goes wrong , they take very good care of the customer. For this last purchase the wheel was available on Amazon Marketplace for 100 dollars less, but I gladly went with ewheels store, knowing that I can count on a great customer service and support. “I bought my s18 from ewheels in 2022. I am so glad I bought it from ewheels. The questions were answered quickly. When I had trouble with a control board (my fault) they reaches to kingsong on my behalf and offered to send in a replacement. My next euc will also be an ewheels purchase. BTW The molicel version is a beast.”
