“I just recently purchased a King Song 16XS EUC from eWheels. I honestly can report that it was one of the best/smoothest transactions I have ever made with an online company. I was happy to see an email response right away confirming my order and thrilled when I received notice that the wheel was shipped that afternoon!! 3 days later right on time, my new wheel arrived in perfect condition. I also received a "Getting Started" memo from them giving tips on how to learn safely and achieve the best success. I am certain after I learn how to ride and am ready to upgrade, I will be making that purchase from eWheels! Thank you eWheels!!!!!”

“I’ll start off by saying it’s one of the best companies hands-down that I’ve ever had the pleasure to do business with. when I first started gliding I Purchased my Tesla from ewheels great customer service fast delivery top-notch everything, then I upgraded last year and got my veteran Sherman from E wheels again nothing short of the first experience with this company great customer service amazing timing on their shipments..Anytime I have a question I email them and Eric, Jason or any staff member reply immediately..they’re very helpful they’re always there to give you hints technical support by phone or email and as always great choice of wheels that they have to select from. I’ve just pre-ordered my imotion V 13 from them And as long as I can glide and ride I will continue to do business with eWheels. Stay safe out there everyone.. @wheel_mob P.s. let’s not forget they give wrist guards for free 😎”

“Pretty much the entire EUC community knows eWheels has great, personal customer service. eWheels also has a focus on safety, and has made a pattern of working with multiple manufacturers to use safer battery options. I will never buy an EUC from anyone else. For things they have in stock, shipping is quick and affordable. My EUC has had age-related problems (almost 6000 miles, often trails) and they've provided helpful support and discounts to keep it running well. I can't think of any other company that is this invested in post-sale support. But they aren't without their drawbacks. The website needs some modernization. And while I appreciate that they don't want to spam their customers with emails, I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for my EUC and would love more frequent updates. They are facing major delays due to their battery changes and the after-effects of the 2021 back-ups at the LA port and port customs. It's hard to fault eWheels, but if preorder speed is more important than customer service and safety, eWheels has not been quick with any of my 3 EUC preorders.”

“PreOrdered a V12 and they were very responsive to emails, keeping me up to date on the delivery status from China to CA coast to my house. They answered all questions promptly. I do not know how they could have improved the buying experience. Thank you Ewheels!”
