“Was really happy using wheels. Communication was great and they answered several questions ahead of purchase. One additional item want packed correctly but when I emailed the missing item was immediately shipped out. Thanks for the help getting setup!”

“JASON AND HIS TEAM ARE THE MFN GOATS! They shipped my wheel quickly, with everything ready to go basically out of the box. I have dealt with eWheels and one other company but eWheels has always gone above and beyond to help as much as they can with safety, quality, and a superb experience! The EWOG team here in Atlanta love dealing with Jason and his team and I can honestly say I have heard more wow factor stories about them than I have ever heard about any company in the industry. 10/10 will recommend and will definitely be coming back for a new wheel when it's time to upgrade!”

“E wheels has been a great company to be a coatomer of. I purchased a veteran Patton from them. Shipping was very fast, and the communication about my order was very good. The wheel also came with the settings already switched over for a rider in the US. I'm not sure if that's an E wheels thing, but nice nonetheless. I would suggest Ewheels to anyone interested in an EUC.”

“Jason and his team are great to deal with. A stand up business, goes the distance to make sure customers are taken care of. I purchased a new charger for my s22 and it arrived across the country in 2 days and I'm back riding. I wouldn't buy a wheel from anywhere else!”

“Amazing work and what I have come to expect from this shop. I peppered them with questions on my last wheel and several times after about parts and possible new wheels. On this sale, I bought my first suspension wheel, an Inmotion V14. A bit of a bobble on shipping fulfilment but great communication and hurried the last of the order along. Pretty jazzed about the service before and during. I was pleased enough from the first wheel I bought here to come back again. When I need more, this will be who I check with. Great job to the staff here and thank you.”

“Nothing but great things to say about ewheels. They were prompt in providing me updates on the status of my order. I receive photo and video updates on the quality control process that was very comforting. I was able to receive the EUC in 1 and 1/2 week after ordering this was due to me requesting technician installed updates which was also fast.”

“I recently received my BeGode T4 Plus and I’m loving it.😍 It was the obvious step after practicing on my A2 for 2 months. The suspension is great and what I need for these NYC streets. I’m looking forward to my commutes this summer as well as the scenic rides I usually go on. 🙏”

“Outstanding customer service, Doesn’t matter who you get Jason, Nick, Bruce, anyone on the team is capable and has given such great service, these guys really want to get you back out there! There has been times where I had an issue with the machine purchased through them, and they went out of their way to get me back up and running as quick as they could. I have a wheel that was not purchased through them, they still went out of their way to give me the best deal they could just because they’re amazing! I have ordered parts through them multiple times, and they are always getting right back to me, always doing whatever they can to help, and even checking back in with me to make sure everything went right. I am also a Onewheel owner, and I deal with a lot of different manufacturers and service centers, these guys beat them all, doesn’t matter if it’s customer service, shipping, warranty. These guys are top-notch. Huge thanks to all of you at EWheels.com”

“ewheels is the best place to order EUC. Very fast response when email them and they processed order and shipped items in same day. If something wrong with any EUC they sell, they will fix it right away as they did with my Inmotion V10f 5 years ago.”
