“I have purchased 3 new EUC's from Ewheels over the past few years (KS16S, KS18XL & Sherman S) with my latest purchase being a Sherman S. This beast of a EUC was natural in my progression of riding. While it’s not for the faint at heart, it’s a kick ass road and off road warrior! Jason & crew at eWheels have been great to work with throughout the years. Not only do they willing share their knowledge and guidance with new purchases, but probably more importantly, they are most helpful with their invaluable knowledge and help when things go wrong or needs attention. While you may or may not be able to get a "cheaper" EUC on the internet, having a business that not only stands behind what they sell, but is knowledgable and responsive when you need their help is worth their weight in gold.”

“I have been buying my EUCs from EWheels for 6 years now and I always received great service as well as excellent post sales customer support. When it came time to purchase another wheel such as my recent A2, I never hesitated to purchase it from Jason of EWheels. Jason never disappoints. Jason was the first to have 50S batteries for the A2 when the others were using the inferior 50E batteries. I felt reassured that I was going to get a quality wheel from EWheels. I love my A2 for those mellow rides. The portability and nimbleness is a stark contrast from my V13 which I also purchased from EWheels. Both wheels did not disappoint. I have been a loyal customer of EWheels and will continue to keep purchasing from them.”

“I own two EUCs purchased from eWheels.com. Both are still running strong and trouble-free, one excellent V8 Solowheel and one excellent King Song 16X. “I've never had any issues that wasn't taken care of by Ewheels ACM2, Mten3, MSX, 16X. To this day anyone interested in EUC'S I send them to Ewheels. Issues I see with EUC'S are prices, hard to complete with Ebike currently. Keep up the good work EUC'S are Special...”

“The V5F was the first unicycle I ever bought, and since then I've gone through quite a number and am now on my 7th. You do get quite a number of "points" when choosing each wheel; there's no "perfect" wheel out there but eWheels really knows how to talk about the salient points of each wheel. I hit eWheels website about once a month just to check up on particular wheels.”

“I purchased an InMotion V8F in 2021. eWheels included a cover and a pair of wrist protectors at no extra cost. I didn't need either of those because I had been riding my Solowheel Glide 3 for four years. The V8 is a good choice. Larger wheels are significantly heavier, which makes them difficult to take on a bus or train.”

“I can safely say out of the five or so wheels I have bought from this company that they definitely far exceed even high end retailers with their service level. They always make a way to make a concession if there's an error on their part or even if it's an error on the customer's part. I have zero desire to shop anywhere else other than eWheels. As long as the service stays the way that it is, they'll always have my business. And it is spot on excellent!!!!”

“I'm very pleased with my purchase, but less so with the service I received. I also bought a device to control the charging which was rather complicated to set up...all my request for help unfortunately were ignored and I ended struggling with a device that was recommended to me by eWheels.”

“I love my ewheels, I felt like the jetsons cartoon. I was the first in Brooklyn and queens to ride one. Everybody was amazed. Wondering what is it. I was also doing Uber deliveries at the time. I ride it from queens to Brooklyn from work everyday. One time at full speed I got home in 10 -15 mins facts. That was only once though I was shock. Night time cruise. I wish mines played music though. Make them all Bluetooth musical please. Instead of me wearing headphones.. lol crash 2 twice night time cruise. I’m good alive lol. It took me 7 days to learn how to ride and keep balance. I was mad it took me so long to learn because I want to ride it right away. All need a cushion pouch on both sides so your calf’s won’t start hurting. I bought this because I was tired of taking the bus. Now I was ahead of the bus. On time for work haha. I even raced cars lol for fun. In parking lot they just wanted to see how fast it go. I let other people ride it. They failed couple times I was stress because I didn’t have no cover protector getting scratched up. Fast charger needed I can’t wait no 6 hours lol I took it with me every time I went to the store, oh bus drivers scared of having it on there, they be thinking it’s going to blow up -___-, never happened. If you ever get a flat tire you have to take it apart. That’s kind of a hassle I wish they had a store near by for them to do that for me. I had a wonderful experience I don’t ride it no more because lost the parts I gave up on it. But I will be ridding it again soon. Now I see more people since the last 5-6 years and I felt like ℹ advertising it in the hood, now I don’t have one but will be getting one soon but hope it have music Bluetooth, it will change the enegry of the rider”
