“Had a battery pack go out on my Begode Master and reached out to eWheels for help. eWheels responded within minutes and had a battery pack prepared, charged to the proper voltage and sent out the same day. Jason threw in some sturdy metal casings to replace the cheap plastic casings for all my battery packs. Pretty damn awesome! Their customer service is A+. Thanks eWheels!”

“Customer service has been top notch in helping me select a wheel based on my riding skills and desired specs- answering all my questions on weight, battery info, bms, and suspension. In the end, I went with the Patton, which so far, has turned out to be a good wheel for me, that I was able to mount after starting with the mten4.”
