“I ordered a replacement stock tire and tube for my V11. I was surprised to see that I was given 2 inner tubes! Ewheels continues to support their customers and i am happy to have purchased my wheel and accessories through them.”

“Ewheels provides the absolute best customer service possible. Not just the best PEV service, but the best service of any company I have ever experienced. And, if you know anything at all about EUCs and other PEVs you are certain to need that service sooner or later. Ewheels listens to you, they respond promptly, and they respond in ways that are actually helpful. It’s sounds simple, and it is, but it is also truly exceptional.”

“I've bought EUCs from multiple different vendors & I have to say that Ewheels is the best! From the speed in which I ordered till when I received it. Not only that, they also add many extras when purchasing may wheel. I really appreciate the extra velcro & especially the extra inner tube. I will definitely be a returning customer!”

“As usual, a big shout out to the ewheels team! Super communication, super follow up, super fast delivery (less than 5 days from order). Concerning the wheel, it's a monster but it's also a super small wheel (for someone coming from the Begode Extreme). So I really need to change my riding style for a smaller wheel. Air pressure was a bit high at delivery (at least for me) and it was giving me a hard time with wurgling effect. with a bit less, the wheel is super smooth!”

I have bought three electric unicycles and accessories from Ewheels and the pricing is excellent, the shipping speed and communication is top-notch. I can rest assured that if something goes wrong with my product, which it never has, that these guys will absolutely take care of me.
