“When shopping this time I sent an email an instant message and called asking how warrantee problems are handled. I was very thorough in y questioning as I’ve been burned by electric bike and scooter “fly by night” businesses. The best responses came from Ewheels and that is why they earned my business. After sale help has been great.”

“A few months ago I was working on a project with a guy, and at one point we needed some parts. He pulled out and EUC and floated away like he had wings. WOW! I'd never seen anything like it. At 70, I'm an old codger and wasn't sure I'd be able to handle one of these things. As my wife is always happy to remined me, I'm not 18 anymore. Did some research and decided to give it a go, and a KS-16s would be the perfect machine to learn on. eWheels service is amazing and I had my EUC in record time. Within a couple of days I was gliding down the sidewalks at our local community college and able to make sweeping turns. At this time it's been a month and I now go everywhere on my KS-16s. If what I have to carry fits in a backpack then the car sits idle in the driveway. It's so much fun. I feel like a kid riding his bicycle for the first time with no training wheels. Pure freedom and joy. I can't thank eWheels and Lexa of Beverly Hills enough for their counsel and support. It's been truly life changing for me.”

“I dhuit have enough information. Still waiting for wheel. I wasn't aware of the hill climb test that killed the shermanuntil after I finalized my purchase. I'm kinda slightly bummed it didn't make that hill but I'm confident I still selected the rig wheel. I'd be inclined to draft Antje review after I actually ride it. So far it feels the same as not having one. (: As far as support team, they are all amazing and have worked with me every step of the way. I wish the units were not so expensive. It would be nice to get a discount after already purchasing one. I kinda want two. Anyway, please help me recover my wheel and I'll be happy to ride and push the limits. I'm interested in any exteas or extended warranties available. Thanks,”

“Highly recommended! I bought the Vsett 8 scooter and this was my first scooter so I had questions!. Prior to purchase, Jason answered all of my questions within just a few minutes of each other. As far as I can tell, the price for this scooter & configuration is the best out there, and I received noticed that it shipped within a couple of hours after I ordered. It was packed nice and received quickly in great condition. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from eWheels again!”

“I recently bought an InMotion V8F from eWheels. This was my second purchase from them. My first was some parts for my Solowheel Glide 3 in 2018. In both cases the orders were processed promptly. Delivery of the V8F was slightly delayed, but that was no fault of eWheels. Their customer support people respond quickly to inquiries.”

I was blown away with not only the level of service from Drew and the team, but the speed of response to any question I had (and I had a lot). “The eWheels team was very helpful while I was troubleshooting my EUC, which saved me time and money to get my wheel repaired (a broken hub from jumping on a wheel that was not designed for impact). I'm thankful for their expertise and the courtesy. Shipping was fast and they even gave me advice while I was repairing my EUC, which turned out to be easier than I thought. I'll definitely be coming back to eWheels again—thanks guys!”

“I got the KS16XS as my first wheel. I decided on this model instead of the KS16X to make sure I had money to get safety gear (super important). It works great and would definitely recommend! Sometimes I think if I got a smaller wheel it might have been easier to learn on but I was up and going in about an hour. I take it off road and on dirt roads often and it works great. The Kingsong app is rough so I used DarknessBot instead for all my stats. This was worth $1500 hands down.”

“Jason was very helpful in helping me choose a first euc (ks16x). Shipping was very fast and went out the same day I ordered it. Upon receiving the product, I found that I had been shipped the wrong wheel(only reason it's 4 and not 5 stars). Not a big deal as I know mistakes can happen, and one quick call to Jason and I had the right wheel on the way with equally fast shipping. This is the customer service I read about and was why I ordered from ewheels. Ewheels and Jason did not disappoint and I can already tell this will not be the last wheel I order from them as I am loving this thing!”
