“ewheels has been great, but i wish there were more resources for first time riders. like how to ride, a getting started, or tips. i needed to look online for a bunch of resources to figure out how to start riding. also needed to buy a cover to prevent scratches from constantly falling off when starting.”

“Scooter is amazing… Very powerful and fast… Most of the time I ride in mode 1 single motor… However what’s the full volts I’m supposed to be at when the scooter is fully charged? I wish there was an fix in terms of sports mode… When you put the scooter in sports mode you cannot turn it off unless the you power down the scooter … I found a small crack of my scooter board… Can you guys send my out a new board.. Thank you”

“Over the past year I have purchased 3 EUCs from ewheels.com and logged over 6000 miles on those machines. For my entire journey ewheels.com has been there supporting me with everything I needed from parts to advice about how to repair my machines when I crashed. They have also provided the SAME level of parts support and technical expertise for my inmotion V11 that I purchased in the used market. One more thing about shipping and ewheels.com - They dont try to gouge you for shipping and they know how to work the systems to get you your order FASTER and CHEAPER than anyone. I rarely take the time to write a review, but ewheels.com is the #1 merchant that I have ever worked with hands down.”

“Purchase my KingSong S 18 from Ewheels.com on a Monday And received it by Friday. Before I purchased it I asked him a bunch of questions and they responded very quickly. Shipping was fast. Came FedEx, and in one piece LOL.”
