“I got the KS16XS as my first wheel. I decided on this model instead of the KS16X to make sure I had money to get safety gear (super important). It works great and would definitely recommend! Sometimes I think if I got a smaller wheel it might have been easier to learn on but I was up and going in about an hour. I take it off road and on dirt roads often and it works great. The Kingsong app is rough so I used DarknessBot instead for all my stats. This was worth $1500 hands down.”

“Jason was very helpful in helping me choose a first euc (ks16x). Shipping was very fast and went out the same day I ordered it. Upon receiving the product, I found that I had been shipped the wrong wheel(only reason it's 4 and not 5 stars). Not a big deal as I know mistakes can happen, and one quick call to Jason and I had the right wheel on the way with equally fast shipping. This is the customer service I read about and was why I ordered from ewheels. Ewheels and Jason did not disappoint and I can already tell this will not be the last wheel I order from them as I am loving this thing!”

“I commend eWheels on the service it gives to me each and every time. They were exceptional with the service on my V-11. Unfortunately that wheel and I did not have a great love affair, and I sold it on Telegram. The replacement 16X bought from e-wheels continues to put a smile on my face every time I ride it. My next wheel will come from e-wheels. With new products coming out, I will let the market place sort itself out as I watch others share their experience with them. Then, I will, no doubt, make another purchase. In the mean time I have this new 16X that needs more miles put on it.”

“Okay, this damn COMPANY, And I MEANNNN this, just HITS D I F F E R E N T. There are NO better retailers for electric gear than these people at eWheels. I sound like such a fanboy, but customer service??? THEY HAVE AMAZON BEAT. Products? RARELY DO I EVEN THINK I HAVE ISSUES EVER WITH EVEN THE LARGEST PURCHASES, AND WHEN I DID? Instantaneous support. This is a great seller, and your ONE STOP SHOP FOR ALL YOUR EWHEELS NEEDS!”

“I have purchased two wheels from eWheels: a InMotion v10f and a KingSong 16x. Both wheels have been amazing and the support from eWheels has been beyond expectations. Last weekend I dropped my 16x and it would not turn on. I emailed eWheels Sunday evening and received a reply Monday morning with instructions for replacing the fuses. Followed the instructions and was back in action within a couple of hours. There are a few China-direct sellers that can save you a few bucks on a wheel but when problems occur you are on your own. I recommend eWheels if you live in US or Canada.”

“I can tell the people at ewheels are real riders who are just as excited about the products as I am. I was getting updates on the status of the shipping container as it was crossing the ocean. The wheel was shipped with wrist guards that are pretty legit and a couple sets of pads. Plus ewheels put in a custom battery pack for the RS19 that runs like a champ! Nice job, will definitely order through them again.”

“I purchased the Gotway/ Begode RS-19 High torque with the optional Molicel upgrade. The performance this wheel delivers is nothing short of amazing. I got it for off-roading and jumps and it does not disappoint. If your looking for the perfect "do everything" wheel........look no further.... BUY THIS WHEEL!!! Thanks e-wheels!!!”
