“InMotion V12 was on back order a long time from the manufacturer in China, but when it did ship, they got it to me pronto, even arriving a day earlier than they said. While no one likes being on back order, I received several emails with information about shipment schedules and appreciated the good communication.”

“I've waited a month before writing this review. In that time, I have placed and received my order and received some *excellent* customer support with a teething issue I had. I am very impressed with the commitment to customer satisfaction shown by eWheels. 1. There was detailed, pro-active communication about the availability and delivery of the product. 2. The complementary set of wrist-guards show consideration for customer safety. 3. I received a response to my technical support question literally within a minute. There followed about a 15-minute exchange of emails, complete with pictures of my problem and detailed instructions to address it and now everything is resolved. This is what customer support should always be like! eWheels have been great. Thank you.”

“Top tier customer service offering a quality scooter that met my requirements. Fast and knowledgeable staff answered any questions I had during the buying process. If your looking for an electric scooter or EUC, I'd highly recommend ewheels based on customer service alone. However, I feel their product selection is admirable as well.”

“Ewheels is great! They made buying my first EUC a smooth experience. I bought the INMOTION V8F for my first wheel. After 100 miles riding, I am quite pleased with its performance. The V8F is great for new riders. I am already thinking about an upgrade though. It is safe to say that I caught the EUC bug! Thanks again to Ewheels for making my first EUC purchase a pleasant one.”

“As I picked up my first wheel from the warehouse, when I needed some spare parts they gave me a discount for shipping, which was a nice surprise. When i email late night questions there is a response in the morning. Nothing but good to say about ewheels”
