“Jason and his team have supported me from the very beginning with sound and honest advise on all my purchases. Not only are they responsive but also transparent with all of their information. For such a niche market these are invaluable credits. I don't see myself reaching out to any other source for PEV products. Keep up the good work guys.”

“This scooter is amazing. Delivery was fast, but there was a a small amount of damage. The front brake rotor was bent. It was easily fixed, so no real complaint. With Fedex you should keep your expectations low.”

“The team at eWheels was extremely helpful and communicative as I ordered and waited for my Veteran Sherman. Due to factors that were out of their control, the international shipping was delayed for some time. When I had questions about delivery updates and payment, they responded really fast and answered all my questions! I finally got my wheel and I couldn't be happier about it. Will definitely be getting another”

“Ordered my scooter…. 3 days later Fed Ex delivers…. Scoot was 99% set up…. Made adjustments… battery was at 70%… jumped on and wow! Ewheels, thank you for being real and answering all my questions-eliminating any “what if’s” in my first scooter buying experience!”

“I contacted EWHEELS in connection with a unicycle that I was interested in. Most other companies had to wait at least a month and a half. They replied back almost immediately with the information that I needed. I used them from a review I had found on someone else's remarks which said how professional and quick they were. I told them that and hoped to have the same experience. I received my wheel a week later and the experience was excellent. I would like to thank them for a flawless transaction. I would highly recommend anyone to use them. Service was excellent and honest. Regards Ron”

“What can I say that hasn't been said! Ordered my vsett 10+ from ewheels and got great customer service, quick to answer emails and questions. Provided free awesome pump and tubes and shipped to Canada damage free. Will continue to do business with them, still need to buy a fast charger. Thanks ewheels”

“We have purchased three electric unicycles over the past 2 years from E-Wheels. We recently received our second Inmotion V11 so my wife and I each have one to ride. E-Wheels has done an outstanding job with service to exceed our expectations. The lead time for orders for our V11's was 3 months counting shipping delays, which is not within E-Wheels' control. They kept us informed with status updates of the order and promptly replied to inquiries. We experienced some issues with the saddle mount breaking on our first V11, but E-Wheels shipped us newly designed saddles next day, no charge. I highly recommend E-wheels!”

“I have purchased three wheels through E wheels and every time they are very straightforward with me and I have quick customer support. I have never felt in the dark as far as my transactions and plan on purchasing my next wheel from E-wheels. I have no desire to purchase a wheel from anyone else as I have been scammed and other retailers and E-wheels has built up my trust so I will be a loyal customer as long as they are in business.”
