EWheels is a top notch dealer with the best customer service you’ll find William walked me through trouble shooting my Lightening Scooter and sent parts two days to me to get me back on the road There a lot of companies selling these scoots, but this company stands behind what they sell

One of the best scooter purchases I have ever made! This transaction was flawless! William G. Went out of his week to help me choose the correct scooter! Was very courteous and straightforward! Walked me through the entire process! Shipped the scooter same day and provided me with tracking info and a tutorial email! When the scooter arrived five days later he made sure to reach out and made sure I was satisfied and if I needed any more help! William is a model employee and I give Ewheels five stars across the board! Excellent service and communication! I will definitely be using this company in the future 👀

What more could I say about these guys. First off, the Speedway Mini Pro4 I purchased over 3 years ago was the best investment I have made in years. Over 3500 miles later, besides some usual maintenance the scooter is still my daily to and from work. Every time I needed something or had an issue, the boys from E wheels wrote me back right away and were extremely informative about my issues. Parts were ordered and received very quickly as well. My most recent order came with some luck but they were able to find me the exact scooter and it just arrived, I couldn’t be more happier! Keep up the good work to everyone at e wheels!

Still waiting for it… friend has one says to be careful because the wheels are hard and narrow. I asked even with suspension? He said yes and that I’d do better with wider or air tires. ( he is more of a die hard). Will review after I experience scooter first hand. Other negative is that I was told I cannot lock it… plan of attaching my dog to it so both need to be stolen…? Unresolved issues that are not yet in front of me. Aside for criticizing what I haven’t yet seen I’m plenty excited. Should pick it up tonight.

I had a great experience in my order to eWheels from here in Canada. I was in bad need of a charger to get my Tesla V2 back on the road, and eWheels had the thing shipped out within a couple of hours of my order and even contacted me to verify the model I was going to be using it with. Anyways, ya I had a great customer experience with them and will not hesitate to order more in the future. -Stephen Haggar, Ontario, Canada.

I'm going to talk so highly of these guys it sounds fake but it's not here's the truth. I ordered the emotion L9 on a Sunday night Monday morning before 8:00 a.m. the guys in the shipping department had emailed me to tell me they had misquoted me on the shipping costs they wondered if we should cancel or what to do .I thought I should cancel so he did I was refunded almost instantly which is huge. Within 2 hours emailed me back telling me they could make the box a little bit and get it into a smaller size for FedEx ground shipping saved me $130 I got the scooter the following Tuesday which is six business days from Arizona to Vancouver British Columbia Canada I think that's unreal!!! Thank you guys so much for your help and for going the extra mile to save me some money I will definitely be ordering anything I can from you guys at ewheels

The Guys at eWheels are great. William and Drew answer all my questions quickly. I 1st bought a Turbo Wheel Phaeton and love it but it doesnt fit in the Jeep. I then purchased a VSette 10+ as its much shorter. The Phaeton is great over 35mph and the 10+ is great up to 35mph. I asked about hydraulic shocks for the 10+ and the next day I had the answer and where to get them. Great service and NO problems.

I love working with eWheels! After a year of extremely hard riding (700 miles), I sent my KingSong16x in for a tune-up. The lights were not syncing to the app anymore, plus I had cracked the case after an really hard tumble down some concrete stairs. Having my wheel fixed was a piece of cake. The case was my fault, so I paid for that, but they covered the rest of the work and shipping. Great company. Great service. Great people. Five Stars!

This wheel is BAD…a$$! Sorry for the long review (and bad spelling/grammar) because I’m on the VS more than doing a video review. A quick background: My gateway drug to PEV’s started with the OneWheel XR. I’m a snowboarder through and through hence why most of my board toys rides in the same fashion… sideways. Got into OneWheel when the shutdown happened last year (hurt my knees from a nose-dive that took me out for a month: more on this in the tips section) and have put over 2,600 miles in less than a year. As a family man, riding time is extremely hard to come by so I did a lot of night riding, especially after the kids and wife went to bed. I rode it when I’m “watching the kids” outside. I took it out on bike rides and opened “exploration mode” with my family. I can push my son on his bike up hills, effectively giving him an e-bike, which led me to getting my wife an e-bike & an eScooter (from eWheels). I hope you get the gist… this is all I did in my spare time. No Gym. No exercise. Just OneWheeling. I share this background so you can understand when I said to my friend, Lee, who was trying to get me on a EUC “I will never ever ride one of those things! EUC’s will never be as cool, nor would you have as much fun as riding a OneWheel”. Lee, you set me up! You had a plan and I think it worked😉 I had played around with Lee’s NineBot EUC, that squirrely little beast taught me a lot. It only went 13mph so I could never go fast, but what I got out of it was the “fundamentals” of riding forward. I rode slow and rode around my neighborhood park going through obstacles that I went through with my OneWheel. As a reference, I put a total of ~50 miles on the NineBot in about 5 months timespan when I finally received the Veteran Sherman on April 18. Going back to OneWheeling, the reason why I gave the EUC more riding time was because my knees started to hurt to the point where riding was no longer enjoyable. I had found out that the lack of exercising the opposing muscles contributed to the pain and riding an EUC didn’t/doesn’t affect my knees as much. That is one of the reasons why I was able to put ~50 miles on the wheel. Riding the EUC became more fun which led me to start watching videos on EUC, which led me to the reason of my “review” – the Veteran Sherman (VS). Day 1: Like the videos I saw, people say it takes a sec to get used to riding this beast because it’s heavy. YUP, no lies on that. I went from a small, light and nimble EUC to a BIG, HEAVY beast. The first 100 yards was sketchy, but after that it felt great. Sure, there were challenges like getting on and off and maneuvering! You must put weight into your turns and really boss it around to tell it where you want to go! I spent maybe 10-20 min the first day! The fun just began…. Day 2: I’ve never ridden an EUC outside of my neighborhood, which means I’ve never ridden on the streets with cars, although I had enough experience with street riding (awareness and courtesy – cars/people own the road/sidewalk! Even if it’s their fault, it’s my fault for not being prepared enough to evade “that” situation) from riding the OneWheel, and I had enough of the basics of an EUC to ride sidewalks so I went for it. It was amazing that I hit ~26mph my 2nd day because my fastest on the OneWheel was 26.8mph. There are two things I remember the most on day two. 1. NOT having power pads SUCKS! I was constantly gripping the sides because I felt at times I was going to fall off or slip, and it made hill riding a challenge because I didn’t have the leverage. My inner thighs were raw, and I had low back issues. **NOTE: you get the small padding included as well as wrist guards, which I use ALL THE TIME! Thanks E-Wheels for these. Ended up getting ClarkPads and it’s been working out just fine. 2. GOING UP HILL! Holy mother…. I was going uphill at 20mph without any issues. On the OneWheel, I struggled going uphill, especially the steep hills around my neighborhood. If you’ve watched YouTube videos of riders going fast up a hill, they are not lying! Day 3 and beyond: At the time of this review I have logged 700 miles (under 2 months and if I was single and it’s NOT raining, I’d have THOUSANDS of miles on it)! Aside from one side of my tire being close to the sidewall, the VS has performed flawlessly! I have never been happier with this wheel and suffice it to say, my OneWheel is getting neglected. The only time I ride it is for family trips. I ride it regularly and I’m on the road with traffic now. I’m fairly comfortable riding in the low 40 mph (45.8mph is my fastest and I don’t need to push it any further) and when my feet/legs tired, I’ll sit and ride in the mid-upper 30’s. My longest day trip is 73 miles and it was a blast! The VS has definitely unlocked “exploration mode”! Tips and ramblings: With me getting my knee injured from the OneWheel I have come to learn this important lesson. Respect the device!! Don’t let the false sense of confidence blind you from the Danger that lurks – nosedives, cut outs, speed wobbles, etc… Trully study and understand how the machine works so you’ll be prepared to keep yourself out of bad situations. Exercise your entire body because if you get imbalances, you’ll get issues that could have been prevented. Be courteous to cars/people! We don’t want to hurt anyone, nor be the cause of any accident because it only takes one to get the law makers ban PEVs! GEAR UP! This is a must if you want to keep enjoying this hobby/sport! Pros: • VS is heavy! I truly feel much safer and more stable because of the “heft”. There have been times when I would be riding, and I would hit a pothole or construction workers would leave chunks of asphalts that should have been flattened but the VS would ride through it with very minimal issue. If I was on a OneWheel or a different EUC that is lighter or one with thinner tires, I’m certain I would have been thrown off. Some expert riders might have a different outcome, but I’m a noob! • VS is fast! I’m not a speed demon (I’m 5’8” 170 lbs, 43 yr -- too old for that), but cruising around upper 30’s – lower 40’s is safe! Did I mention you can go fast uphills!? I’ve hit mid 30 on inclines of 15-25% grade mph without any issue. • VS range is insane! I live in a hilly terrain, combine with my riding style (upper 30mph is my cruising speed) I can comfortably say I get 60-70miles per charge. I’ve explored my city even more and have some fun trips mapped out! No need to bring the charger which lightens the load, so I get a bit more distance. • E-Wheels is awesome! 1, they accept crypto and 2, their service has been great! I haven’t had to contact them for device issues, but they have replied to my emails promptly! Con: My only issue that could potentially be annoying is the wheel is getting close to a sidewall. I’ve deflated the tire to reseat it on the rims, but it didn’t solve the issue. Will be contacting E-Wheels about this soon as I’m still trying other possible fixes. If you made it this far, I hope you understand two things. I’m not bashing OneWheel (I will never get rid of mine and will still ride it), BUT for now the VS wins in terms of how much usage it gets because I feel much safer on it! Add speed and range to the mix… I just don’t know how anything can compete with it! I don’t want to bash any other wheel, but I’ve been looking for cut-outs on VS and I haven’t found much. Play within the boundary of what the machine is designed for and you’ll be safely enjoying the “float life”. And the last thing, E-WHEEL, you guys are smart for accepting crypto! That’s all I’ve got to say 😉 Just buy the VS and be done with it… well, except for the "waiting for it to arrive part" - You have to go through it just like the rest of us!

So as my fist experience shopping with ewheels.com the purchase and everything went smoothly. Great communication and helpful staff. As far as my first wheel ever I went with the biggest and best at the time, the veteran sherman! Although I have been super happy with it overall, I do have 1 major issue. I've cracked and broken two rims already and I'm not a heavy rider only 130 lbs.

William & Jason at eWheels were responsive and helpful when I emailed customer service about an issue with FedEx delivery. It's only day 3 of learning to ride, but I'm having a good time so far (it's challenging). I'd recommend eWheels to anyone looking for an EUC in the US.

I bought the Turbo Lighting Plus a year ago from Ewheels. First off, the product itself is simply awesome. The Scooter can ride at a casual pace if you so choose, or you can completely rip it if you choose. It is very well built and is great both on road and off. The support of Ewheels though is what makes it all work. I needed a new break cable as I accidentally cut the front cable. I emailed them and they got right back to me and shipped the cable. I also wanted to save the battery by ordering the advanced charger that only charges up to 90%. It arrived the next day. Ewheels and their support team are awesome...
